Detached house of 70 m2 fully renovated and new equipped with terrace and enclosed garden of 300 m2, quiet area.
There are 2 bedrooms: 5 beds, 1 160x200 bed, 1 140x200 bed and 1 90x200 bunk bed.
The house is very bright, the fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining room (TV with fiber internet) which overlooks the semi-covered terrace. The enclosed garden surrounds the house and parking is possible inside and outside the property.
Ideal location since near the city center of La Teste-de-Buch, the market, small shops but also shopping centers and major routes towards Arcachon, the pyla dune (- 10min) and beaches oceanes.

Bien...
Bien pour une famille. Je veux dire que les parois sont très minces (même celles des WC). Il vaut mieux être entre intimes. Je conseille aux propriétaires de remettre des barreaux à la fenêtre près du frigidaire : un corps peut s'y glisser. Je sais de quoi je parle, en tant que victime de cambriolage.

Super logement ! La pièce de vie et la cuisine sont vraiment spacieuses et très confortables pour une famille de 4. La literie est confort. Seul bémol pour le canapé inconfortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😊

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Lage ist sehr gut und auch schön ruhig. Man kann sehr viel in kurzer Zeit entdecken und für Fahrradfahrer ist es ein Paradies. Ingrid war sehr eine sehr nett Ansprechpartnerin.

Maison très agréable à vivre. On pourrait y vivre tout le temps, tout est bien pensé, prévu,... Equipement de cuisine bien complet. Chouette petit jardin avec une belle terrasse. Abris vélo Bien situé près des pistes cyclables qui vont vers la dune du Pilat, vers le centre de Le Teste, et vers Arvachon. bonne situation par rapport au bassin, au lac,... A recommander donc.

Belle location de vacances
Maison conforme à l’annonce, propre et bien rénovée avec tt le confort nécessaire. Environnement calme ds un lotissement, à l’écart du centre ville qui reste accessible à qq minutes en vélo ou en voiture. La propriétaire est très facilement joignable et réactive.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub
Wir waren mit unseren 6-jährigen Jungs im Urlaub. Perfekte Raumaufteilung und das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Entspannung pur auf der Terrasse, mit Grill und allem was man benötigt! Das Meer nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Auch Ausflugsziele sind nicht weit entfernt und bestimmt für jeden etwas dabei! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch alle in der Nähe, sodass man auch schnell noch etwas nötiges einkaufen kann. Vermieterin super nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Kommunikation hat auch reibungslos funktioniert! Wir haben einen sehr entspannten und wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Somit können wir das Ferienhaus echt empfehlen, egal ob für Paare oder Familien!
