This house, just 250m from the beach, is the ideal place for a family or friends' holiday where you can recharge and relax. Its garden invites you to stay. Start your day on the terrace with a good coffee for breakfast or begin your evening enjoying summer barbecues and salads. From this lovely house, you can walk, swim, tan, surf, eat an ice cream, have a meal and enjoy good seafood, or take your bike and discover the beautiful pine forests of La Tranche-sur-Mer.
This recent 100 m² construction is very bright, the living area has three large bay windows that overlook the garden and give it a peaceful atmosphere. One wants to sit around good slow-cooked dishes or settle into the large sofa to read or watch television. As for its kitchen, it is very well equipped, with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle, you can prepare your specialities with maximum ease. Belle maison proche de la mer et du centre ville
L'agencement de la maison, une très belle pièce de vie, une magnifique salle de bain (avec douche et baignoire) et 2 belles chambres (1 avec un grand dressing). Tout est parfait pour passer d'excellentes vacances, merci également à Marc pour son accueil.
L'espace extérieur est magnifique, juste peut être se sentir un peu plus chez soi en délimitant le jardin par des murs ou haies ou fleurs, sinon rien à dire tout est parfait !

Superbe et grand logement en plein centre de La Tranche. Tout est neuf et donc beau. Bon équipement et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Rien ne manquait dans la cuisine ! Calme mais central. Marc nous a accueillis très gentiment et nous a aidés immédiatement en cas de questions. Nous aimerions revenir.
