-> a kitchen area (four-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven),
-> a separate toilet.

Outside: no private parking space; a parking permit is available for the Stella Maris, Boiral, Central Beach, and Maupas car parks.

End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €70 flat rate.
Electricity consumption is extra during the low season (January 1st to June 15th and September 15th to December 31st).
