In the heart of La Tranche-sur-Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. It features direct access to the beach, an outdoor relaxation pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking. This new 40 m² apartment, on the second and top floor, offers breathtaking ocean views and can accommodate 4 people.
It comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a toilet.
A 21 m² living room with a sitting area, a sofa bed that sleeps 2, a flat-screen TV, and a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen. You also enjoy a 16m² balcony with a magnificent view of the ocean and the Ile de Ré, with patio furniture. Amenities: dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and reversible air conditioning. Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence.
A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor spaces are available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
