On the ground floor: a master suite with a shower room and toilet, direct access to the exterior, three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, one with a toilet, and a second separate toilet. Upstairs, a final bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. Outside, several terraces are available, private parking spaces on enclosed grounds, a heated pool, and a lounge and patio furniture. Wi-Fi is available in the house.
Pets are not allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.
