Holiday home with heated swimming pool (6 x 3.25 m April to October) in a calm spot on a 500-sq.m walled plot with olive trees, palm trees, etc. It is luxurious and boasts all mod cons with new bedding in late 2014, a well-equipped kitchen, and tasteful decor. All bedrooms house televisions with DVD players, in the living room there is a TV with Orange package and Wi-Fi Internet. Four bikes provided, along with six sun loungers and a table tennis table.

Great base

We enjoyed a lovely stay. No bed linen for guests travelling by air is usually a deal breaker for me however.

Beautiful villa in a lovely quaint French town.

We arrived for a holiday to celebrate my mum’s 60th birthday. The property was beautiful, and well kept with a stunning kitchen and dining area fit for family feasts. The pool was great and heated and perfect for my daughter to learn to swim in. She felt safe the whole week in the enclosed areas, giving her the freedom to run around and play. The one thing that upset her, were a few broken tiles around the pool which she cut the bottom of her foot on. That being said, the rest of the villa and equipment was perfect for a short getaway - we wish we had longer there! Daniel, who welcomed us, was polite and understanding, giving us easy to follow instructions and good recommendations of places to visit in the area too. Thank you.

Belle villa avec piscine

Belle villa. Chambres et pièces à vivre très bien. Le seul souci, un wc et une salle de bain pour 6 personnes. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine à cette période (mi-Mai).Très bien accueilli à notre arrivée. Bon séjour.

Séjour parfait !

Super we passé dans la maison et à la Tremblade.La location est grande, parfaitement propre, très bien équipée. Nous avons bien profité du jardin et de la piscine. Les 4 vélos disponibles sont aussi un vrai plus. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et avec le couple en charge des arrivées/départs.Nous avons aussi bien apprécié le village de la Tremblade, son marché couvert, tout accessible à pied ou en vélo.Bref, un séjour au top !Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et .

Belle maison spacieuse avec très bel extérieur

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison tout à fait spacieuse pour 6 personnes / très lumineuse / beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres / cuisine bien équipée / très bel extérieur clos sans vis à vis. Dommage que la météo ne nous ait pas permis d’en profiter plus ! Nous recommandons cette location.

Malgré le temps exécrable nous avons profité des plages, des balades et de cette location adaptée à nos besoins. La piscine chauffée dont nous n'avons pas fait usage faute au mauvais temps mais qui doit être agréable. Équipement complet. Seul bémol les alezes et couettes que nous avons relavés ainsi que la propreté pas tout à fait conforme à notre attente. Les vélos mis à disposition mériteraient une sérieuse révision.

Weekend au grand air

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans la villa. Très bon accueil de Daniel et son épouse. La villa est spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. Nous avons pu affronter la tempête du week-end en toute sérénité. Nous sommes prêts à y retourner.

Juste parfait

Villa très bien équipée et placée au calme du centre ville, et néanmoins proche de la Tremblade / Ronce / La grève notamment. Piscine chauffée ce qui est rare et appréciable, tout comme le niveau d’équipements intérieurs et extérieurs - c’est une maison orientée vers la vie à l’extérieur mais dans laquelle il est également agréable de vivre en cas de mauvais temps. L’accueil et la gentillesse de Daniel, qui par ailleurs a eu la bonne idée de nous recommander le fort Louvois, sont également à souligner. Un grand merci pour ce séjour fort agréable en famille, un petit axe d’amélioration au niveau du barbecue mais rien de rédhibitoire et j’ai cru comprendre qu’il était question de le remplacer sous peu. Séjour conforme à nos attentes et envies

Notre séjour s'est bien passé dans la maison. Elle est lumineuse et bien équipée, les 3 chambres du bas sont spacieuses et agréables. La maison est dans un quartier calme et entourée d'un mur qui permet aux enfants de profiter pleinement de l extérieur et de la piscine sans déranger le voisinage. Il y a de nombreuses balades ou visites à faire aux alentours. Nous recommandons .

Très mauvaise literie nous avons très mal dormis mes parents et moi . Nous étions trois personnes . Publicité mensongère. Très mauvaise literie et nous parlons même pas des oreillers . Dans l'annonce il est indiqué plusieurs télévisions . Aucune télévision dans les chambres. Pour le prix de la location de la maison je ne recommande pas .
