LA COCOTERAIE TARTANE, waterfront villa rocked by the trade winds in the peaceful fishing village of Tartane, with calm waters protected by the coral reef, located in the heart of the Caravelle. 2 totally independent apartments with all comforts: air-conditioned bedrooms, equipped kitchen, swimming pool and breathtaking view. The lagoon with its islet accessible by kayak and the beach on foot or by paddle!<br><br>With a total capacity of 10 people on the 2 levels, you will have:<br>On the first floor, outside: the large covered terrace, its deck, the spa under the carbet where you can also hang the hammock, the secure infinity pool and its solar shower are the main living areas, to relax and share meals with 10 people. Inside, the living room with sofa, TV and high table, opens onto the fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher (detergent provided). 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, bathroom/shower WC complete the accommodation.<br>By taking the stairs you will access the huge loft leather living room, high table and fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. A very bright space with breathtaking views of the ocean. The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are equipped with double bed for the first 2, 2 single beds for the last. Bathroom/shower and 2 toilets complete your accommodation. Outside to relax on the large covered terrace with its second dining area (6 people), outdoor lounge, hammock to enjoy your sea view while watching the frigates dive in search of fresh fish. At your disposal: Wifi, 40'' TV connected on the 2 levels, gas weber BBQ, baby cot and high chair on request. Parking at the back of the villa. Kayaks and paddle are free access.
