The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The, what appeared to be fairly new upgrades, were nice except no place to hang a handtowel in the sink area, a extra towel bar for bath towels would be great and what's up with the luke warm sink & shower? Could use a little more hot water. Unless you run the AC you can hear the traffic, thoigh it isnt horrible, we stil had a good stay.

This property would have scored better and let me explain. The room are clean and renovated very modern with all the usual amenities, HOWEVER the care that was taken with the renovation seems to have been lacking. The towel rack in the bathroom was loose and when I dried my hands on the towel, the rack fell right off the wall. After my shower (nice shower-head), I went to blow dry my hair with one of the common wall attached units, and it fell completely off the wall with the wiring even coming apart. I told the front desk and he moved me to a different room. The new room had a bathroom faucet that wasn’t even screwed down onto the basin. You couldn’t rotate the spout to a centred position. The staff were wonderful, the beds and pillows were great, leaving me with the disappointment with those other issues. Make note that if you are travelling with pets, you have to walk some distance for a spot for bathroom breaks. Shopping and restaurants are right next door so that is a plus.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was renovated and clean but the exterior of the hotel looked like it needed repairs and some repairs were started but not finished. Overall for the low price, we were satisfied.
