Stunning View #11 at The Dwellings

Inside every Dwelling, you will find a great balance of modern designs, classic touches, and technology features. This unit can accommodate up to 3 guests with a king bed and a pullout sofa sleeper.

We have excellent wifi with speeds up to 200Mbps per unit.

We do our best to provide many amenities during your stay with us including 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, and the items below. We recommend you bring beach towels for the river or nearby lakes, specialty cooking items or small grills, spices for cooking, and extra paper products.

Every unit includes:

This unit is NOT pet friendly. There is a minimum $250 fine if a pet is found. Pets are not allowed in this unit.

There is now on-site staff in the office that also has a convenience store and women's boutique from the hours of 8AM to 7 PM. If you need anything during your stay after closing you can reach staff at our direct line.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after this time will forfeit 50% deposit.

Excellent little spot right off the main road. Close to Zion and anything you could need. Great views. Only negative would be low water pressure in the shower.

Perfect & Affordable!

I got all I needed during my stay here! My partner & I used the grill on the balcony, and it was a beautiful view to wake up to and enjoy. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Zion, but not too far if you want to take a day to hike out there. There was a grocery store nearby to get all the extra amenities we needed, we will definitely be back!

This property was perfect for our purposes. Easy drive to Zion NP, magical sunsets from the deck and very easy checkin. Definitely would stay here again. You can’t go wrong with this property!

Beautiful and clean!

The views are breathtaking and access to the trail is out the back door! It was very windy and the could have noisy moments but overall a great experience with my husband and puppy. Since we were in an upper level it took some time to walk to the south field to get the dog to a pit stop but small detail in an overall amazing weekend. I will definitely go back!

Very Nice

Perfect for a couple. Wonderful view. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living rooms were all small, but just right for us. Not too far from Zion (we visited two days in a row). Would stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our weekend stay at Zion. The view and patio furniture were lovely. We made dinner in the kitchen which was very convenient.
