In the heart of the old spa town of Labarthe-Rivière, a few kilometers from Saint-Gaudens, this renovated farmhouse comprises three adjoining accommodations: the owners' house and two self-catering cottages. There is shared parking for the two cottages and a small garden in front of each property. Ground floor: living room, kitchen, laundry room, shower room, WC. Upstairs, the staircase leads to a large attic room (one double bed 140cm) and two single beds 90cm separated by a half-wall). Gas central heating is charged from October 1st to May 31st. Pets are welcome with an additional €50 deposit. Village festival on the last weekend of August: four nights with dancing and a live band. Non-smoking property.
