Located in the heart of an authentic village in Southern Ardèche, near the Gorges de l'Ardèche and Chauvet Cave, this family home has all the character of traditional buildings. Its thick pebble walls guarantee freshness, its position slightly set back from the main square ensures calm and relaxation for one to two families. The modern comforts of the kitchen, bathroom and toilet combine with the charm of three spacious rooms bathed in sunshine.

The house belongs to our family since its construction more than 150 years ago. We have just completely renovated the kitchen, toilet and bathroom (with bath). The wood, the stone and the pebbles compose a singular atmosphere and promise you a pleasant stay.

Leaning against the cliff overlooking the village, the house is spread over 4 levels: the garden (with swing for children), the ground floor (living room, toilet, kitchen, vaulted dining room) and the large terrace , and the two floors of life. Only the first floor, with its 3 bedrooms, is available for rent. The judicious distribution of living spaces allows the harmonious cohabitation of two families or three couples.
