This beautiful Mediterranean villa is located in Rabac, which is known for its beautiful pebble beaches, with crystal clear sea as well as the view of the Kvarner Bay and islands. The house is located on the outskirts of the town on a hill, in green surroundings with Mediterranean vegetation and olive sharks, which the landlord grows. The house is furnished in authentic Istrian style, with beautiful wooden furniture and many details. Each room has its own bathroom. Two bedrooms each are located on the first and second floor. A small road separates you from the pool and leads to the last house. Next to the pool there is also a semi-open summer kitchen with wooden benches and a table, so you can have your dinner outside. Nearby there are also several restaurants that offer fish specialties. In the center of the village there is a long promenade with ice cream parlors, restaurants and much more. Active vacationers can look forward to tennis courts, mini-golf, cycling and hiking trails.
