Villa Pavincica - with sea view and private pool

Recently restored house in the heart of the village of Mali Kosi located. Surrounded by nature and offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Cres. It is only 6 km from Labin, the largest city in the area, and only 4-7 km from the tourist town Rabac. Here you can learn about the cultural heritage of the Istrian peninsula and other important monuments and beautiful coastline with many bays. Small towns in the area are interesting, historic brick buildings. There are also high tower in the small towns surrounded by meadows and olive groves. A typical agricultural products in this area, combined dining satisfaction guarantee with seafood.
The villa is located along some very interesting bike paths.
This villa is situated on a hill and offers an exceptionally beautiful view of the area of ​​Kvarner.

The villa has a separate unit. First floor 4 beds + 1 extra bed. Second floor 4 beds + 2 extra beds. Each floor has its own kitchen, bathroom and private terrace.
The house can only be rented as a whole.

Quiet Location with an awesome pool

The house is at a quiet town 20 minutes of really small streets away from Labin (Here youll find shopping and restaurants). The pool is well placed with relaxing deckchairs to sit in the sun and enjoy some downtime. The view onto the sea and the island across is amazing and makes great background for Pictures. Sadly the house has two stories with the top one being the only one with an AC with it only being in the main room not the bedrooms. During our stay the bottom floor had a run in with local centipedes in their beds and house centipedes are a common sight. The kitchen could use some more cookware as some of the pans and pots were already quiet run down. Oh and if you wanna work remote best bring your own wifi as the included wifi is SIM based and quiet unstable. Because of these issues we sadly cant really give a total 5/5 stars. Still we really enjoyed our trip and the host makes communicating easy so if you get a good deal I can recommend this apartment!

Wunderschöne Lage, ausgezeichnete Gastgeber, Abgelegenheit und Ruhe.

Sehr freundliche und einfach zu erreichende Gastgeber, abgelegene Lage mit teils abenteurlicher Zufahrt, fĂŒr die man mit einem wunderschönden Ausblick auf die Kvarner Bucht und Ruhe belohnt wird. 2 sehr saubere, fĂŒr sich aber geschlossene Wohneinheiten, die innen nicht miteinander verbunden sind. KĂŒchenausstattung nicht ganz komplett. Untere Wohnung ohne Heizmöglichkeit in kĂ€lteren NĂ€chten außer großer KĂŒchenkamin.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, den wir mit einer befreundeten Familie hatten. Es war alles sauber und es war alles da was man so braucht. Die Aussicht war einfach nur der Wahnsinn (nachts kann man bis Rijeka schauen). Auch wenn es etwas abgelegen ist lohnt sich der Weg.

Spectular views over the sea

A 15 minuters ride from Labin on small and winding roads, is the beautiful location of Villa Pavincica. The outside areas are great and Petra was very nice and helpful. The upper apartment is larger and more modern than the lower one. The two kitchens where a bit sparcely equiped, but otherwise good for two families travelling togheter. All in all a lovely vacation.

Familienurlaub

Wir verbrachten eine traumhafte Woche in der Villa Pavincicia, alles war perfekt, vor allem der traumhafte Ausblick und die sehr netten Besitzer, die uns sogar bei einer Reifenpanne tatkrĂ€ftig zur Seite standen und mit in eine Werkstatt fuhren. Auf den verschiedenen Terrassen gab es sehr viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten und der angenehm frische Pool sorgte fĂŒr eine Erfrischung. Auch unsere erwachsenen Kinder waren restlos begeistert, also jederzeit wieder gerne.

Sehr schöner Blick auf das Meer, dafĂŒr etwas abgelegen. Schöner Pool und großes GrundstĂŒck auch fĂŒr Kinder gut geeignet. Die obere Wohnung ist komfortabler und besser ausgestattet als die Untere. Sehr nette Vermieter die einen immer wieder mir lokalen Köstlichkeiten ĂŒberraschen! Vielen Dank. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wonderful holiday at Petra and Leo’s house

The house was perfect for us, two families eight people in total. Amazing position with great view and just fifteen minutes drive to very nice beaches. Very clean and confortable house with a beautiful outdoor area and nice pool . Petra and Leo are perfect host, it was a real pleasure to meet them. The surrounding is also attractive for hikers and bikers.

Seele baumeln mit Verwöhn-Gastgebern

Unbedingt zu empfehlen fĂŒr alle, die es gern ruhig haben und dem Massentourismus entfliehen möchten. In Mali Kosi fĂŒhlt man sich eher wie ein Mitglied des kleinen Dörfchens. Petra und Leo sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
