Nori Apartment: Located in the Oceanide residence, composed of three arc-shaped buildings facing the ocean, this triplex apartment benefits from an exceptional location in Lacanau Océan. Just 100 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the Pierre Ortal walkways, accessible via a pedestrian esplanade overlooking the sea, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private parking is located at the back of the residence. Access to the apartments is via large staircases.



The living room, fitted with a bar table and stools, a sofa, a coffee table and a television, constitutes a friendly and bright space. The open kitchen, located in the living room, is fully equipped with a sink, induction hob, microwave oven, mini oven, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as storage cupboards with crockery and kitchen utensils.



The triplex has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 140 cm. The second bedroom, with an adjoining bathroom, includes two bunk beds of 90 cm and a single bed of 90 cm, ideal for accommodating children or friends. A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and washing machine is also available, as well as an independent toilet.



The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a view of the ocean and is fitted with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or the softness of ocean evenings. A private parking space is included.

Appartement très agréable Le séjour surélevé permet une vue plus importante sur l´océan Bien agencé et fonctionnel Après le store ban et le volet du salon électrique,cette année la literie de la chambre parentale a été remplacé par un grand lit et le nouvel aspirateur plus petit et moins lourd est plus facile à passer.

Nous avons tout apprécié dans cet appartement. Très bien agencé propre et une situation exceptionnelle face à l océan. Séjour de rêve !!! Petit bémol. Meme si les cadres de lit apportent un plus au niveau déco lorsqu' un adulte de taille normal ou grand y dort le fond de lit est une reelle gêne pour une nuit confortable.

La vue, les équipements comme le lave vaisselles et le lave linge séchant, les 2 salle d'eaux, la douche balnéo... Nous venons à Lacanau depuis 25 ans et c'est le plus bel appartement que nous avons louer. Des volets électriques surtout pour le salon, très difficile à manipuler avec la manivelle, c'est bruyant et ça coince...
