Nice house excellent location

The house has everything you need, including an outdoor grill. Nice to be able to cook outside in the evening sun! The location is great, very close to the incredible pool. The beach is a 10min bikeride away, via excellent and very safe bicycle lanes. The resort could use a little extra maintenance but overall very positive and would definitely stay again.

Kleines Endreihenhaus mit 3 Zimmern und einer Wohnküche, Terasse und Balkon gelegen in einer Parkferienanlage, welche in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Häuschen selber ist gepflegt. Eine sehr kleine Küche mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Backofen sind vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Die Wohnräume sind sehr klein. Fliegengitter gibt es leider keine. Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. Bei schönem Wetter bietet die Terrasse Platz für schöne Stunden im Freien. Wer mit Kindern reist muss sich darauf einstellen, dass es eng wird.Die Ferienanlage teilt sich einen Gemeinschaftspool genauso wie ein Waschkeller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Weiterhin steht noch ein Spielplatz zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind gibt es, jedoch nicht direkt am Haus. Hier muss man sich auf dem Gelände einen suchen.Der Pool liegt direkt hinter dem Häuschen. Eine Hecke trennt das Areal. Um in den Pool zu gelangen, muss man die zur Verfügung gestellten Chipkarten verwenden. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind am Pool vorhanden. Am Eingang der Anlage kann man sich zur Saison Fahrräder mieten.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich.Der Ort Lacanau Ozean (beliebt bei Surfern) liegt ca. 3 km entfernt. Radwege bis dorthin gibt es. Es stehen kostenpflichtige als auch kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Allerdings muss man immer etwas laufen und die hohen Dünen erklimmen. Die Strände sind sehr weitläufig, breit und gepflegt.Im Ort selber ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber, alles funktionstüchtig und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön, viele Bäume, der Pool ist in der Nähe. Die Abwicklung hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung waren sehr freundlich. Es war insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Spaß für die gesamte Familie

Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Tolle Lage auf der Anlage und allgemein zum Strand und See. Bei Fragen und Empfehlungen vor Ort sofort eine Ansprechperson verfügbar. Insgesamt nur weiterzuempfehlen. Sehr gut für Familien geeignet.

Très bonne location

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à 3 adultes et 3 enfants qui ont profité des jeux mis à disposition. Seul bémol : la taille des chaises qui prennent vraiment beaucoup de place. Sinon la cuisine est super équipée ce qui est fort agréable.

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette maison avec mes deux jumelles âgées de 11 ans. La maison est idéalement située face à la piscine dans le complexe de Pierre & Vacances. Elle a été fort bien rénovée et joliment décorée. J'ai rarement eu l'occasion de voir une location saisonnière si bien équipée. De plus, son état de propreté était impeccable. La personne responsable de l'accueil était très sympathique. Bref, je recommande vivement cette location...enfin pas trop quand même parce que je voudrais certainement y retourner 😉

La maison est très bien située dans la club, près de la piscine, avec petit jardin protégé des regards et ensoleillé quasi toute la journée. Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles. On rejoint le centre de lacanau océan et les cours de surf en 10 minutes de vélo, c'est parfait!

Merci Séverine , J'ai passé un très agréable séjour dans votre maison , tout à fait adaptée à un séjour en famille , avec de jeunes enfants ! La maison était très agréable , la cuisine parfaitement équipée , et tout était très propre à notre arrivée . La proximité de la piscine a fait le régal de mes petits-enfants , ainsi que les activités proposées par les clubs de kids et juniors . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !! Martine .

Location idéalement située dans le domaine, idéalement équipée et idéalement entretenue. N'hésitez pas, en tout cas nous nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner! Propriétaire très réactive et conciliante si elle le peut (arrivée et départ en dehors des heures initialement prévues).

Mooi, schoon appartement met voldoende ruimte voor vijf personen, vlakbij het zwembad.

Mooi, schoon appartement met voldoende ruimte voor vijf personen, vlakbij het zwembad. Het zwembad was verrassend groot voor een dergelijk park. Meestal voldoende parkeer gelegenheid, leuke opzet van het park, aardig en behulpzaam personeel, Sophie sprak zelfs Nederlands. Voldoende animatie en begeleid sporten voor jong en oud. Lacanau Ocean en dus de zee bevonden zich op ongeveer 6 minuten rijden van het park. Enig minpunt is wat ons betreft de omgeving: alleen Bordeaux is de moeite van het bezoeken waard, voor de rest alleen heel veel bos. Al met al een prima park.
