It is perfectly located across the street from Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee and has a great view of the lake. It’s minutes from Weirs beach, the Mount Washington boat, go-karts, funspot, mini golf, restaurants, shopping and more!

Whether you want to go skiing/tubing at Gunstock, looking for a Summer time retreat, or to view the majestic Fall foliage, this centrally located condo has a lot to offer for everyone to enjoy! Amenities include 2 day docks w/swim area, pool and tennis/pickleball court.

When you first enter, there will be a few steps to get to the main floor. On the main floor, you’ll find a full kitchen with a coffee maker, cookware and major appliances, a dining area (high top table), half bath, and a family room that leads to a private deck overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. On the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms and a full bath with a washer and dryer, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap and towels. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet and a desk/chair, and a TV. The second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunkbeds, closet, and TV. Linens are included.

There is a Nest thermostat in the family room that will cool/heat both floors. There are TVs in the family room and both bedrooms. You will be able to log in to your favorite app with your account information along with free Roku live TV channels.
