Great location. It was clean and quiet. The door locked but the deadbolt didn’t throw. There was no light in the kitchenette area. The only reason we had to use that area was because the bathroom sink had no counter space. The kitchenette sink and the bathroom tub leaked. The tub drained slow partly because the drain stopper was broken and the drain was clogged. The bathroom fan sounded like an outboard motor. The tv was I don’t know what and the channels stumbled through their paces before announcing that the mystery channel wasn’t available. But it was clean and quiet.

This property was filthy. There were literally bags of trash in the parking lot. We tried to write it off as being a busy holiday weekend but the room itself was also disgusting. Upon walking into the room it was very clear to us that the room has not been cleaned beyond the bed being made. There was actually money left on the floor next to the bed. We had to request that the blankets be changed, as there was food all over the blanket. There was also food all over the floor. The toilet also did not work. We reported this to the front desk, who came and plunged the toilet but that did not fix the issue of the toilet not actually flushing. We tried to make the best of it as we were only there for a night to see a concert but in short, the hotel was extremely dirty and run down, the beds were uncomfortable and it was clear fixing any issues was not a priority to the owner. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.

This is quite possibly the worst property ever. I’ve already filed a complaint but people do not I repeat DO NOT stay here ever! Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere that is safer

The staff were great but the inn itself is very basic. We had to cross a very busy street to get to the lake with the kids. The furniture at the lake was rusted and not cared for. There was no door or curtain on the shower. Each bed came with two pillows only. We did request more and they were accommodating. The towels were small. There is no closet.

I was shocked to open the door to this place. To pay good money for something that I didn't want to touch is upsetting. The hand rails are disgusting. You're afraid to sit, let alone sleep on anything. The kitchenette is horrible. The bathroom is old. You see cracked floor tiles and a toilet that you need to brace yourself because it is the older style that is very low. We got ONE channel on the television. Stay anywhere else.

No shades so the sun and traffic woke us up at 6 am. The world's smallest air conditioner.

I was a little worried staying here. Some of the reviews were not to great. But the reviews were wrong. The owners are really working hard to make this place good. Our room was compact. We didn't have a lot of extra room but we had all we needed. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. We looked at the other larger rooms and they were all clean and you could tell updated. We enjoyed the waffle maker for breakfast. The only thing we wished was a crosswalk to stop traffic to go to the beach they have. You do take your life in your hands crossing. We loved sitting on the deck and looking at the lake. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay again but in a larger room facing the lake.

This property was filthy! Trails of dog poop on the carpet in the hallway, filthy floors in the room, sticky and disgusting handrails. Huge unpainted roughly patched hole in wall. Multiple bathroom fixtures broken. Extension cords dangling from TV and A/C. Carpets so dirty that a five step walk to the bed required rewashing our feet after a shower. Open filthy windows in common areas had no screens so lots of indoor bugs. Ramp into main entrance had one broken board that made it feel unsafe. Would never stay here again!

The room we stayed in was dirty. The rug was stained all through the room. The room had a very bad odor to it. No fire alarm. Has wires hanging out from the ceiling. Stayed three nights with no house keeping services. Had to go and buy towels and wash clothes from Walmart in order to bathe. I actually would like a full refund!

I knew this place wasn't a 5 star hotel. It was exactly what I expected. I think I had a newer renovated room? The king size bed was comfortable. The shower seemed new also. Overall the room was neat and clean but very small. I only slept there and didn't spend much time, but the room was adequate for my needs.

The overall experience was just okay. The price for the room was very affordable. The man at the front desk at check-in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and recently renovated (new carpet, furniture, and bedding.) Bathroom was renovated as well, however, the room was advertised as handicapped accessible. Since it was Bike Week in NH, it was the only room available. While we did not need the accommodations, we did note that there was not enough space for a wheelchair or walker to navigate between the beds and the bureau. Also, there was no grab bar near the toilet and the accessible shower head was placed so high up that no handicapped person would be able to access it. They also had a folding chair inside the shower which does not seem safe. The room slept 4 but only had two towels so we had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. They advertised they had free breakfast which was not well stocked for a sold out hotel. There was literally 8 pieces of stale bread, three bananas, a handful of oranges, and six yogurts. They did have two kinds of cereal and milk and a waffle maker that was fun. There was never any sugar for the coffee and just a handful of non-dairy creamers. There was never anyone at the reception desk

It looks like the owners are rennovating the property, as the hotel room itself was ok. So things may improve. But tbe rest of the property was filthy & just in desperate need of repair and/or a coat of paint. The breakfast area is in same room as check-in. While checking-in around 3:30PM, I noticed crumbs & old food left out on counter which was disconcerting. But when I accidentally leaned against the counter, it was covered with spilled syrup - all down the cabinet & a puddle on the floor which was just gross. The hotel is on a main street, so there's a lot of traffic noise.
