Welcome to this newly listed bright corner-unit condo in the heart of Ladysmith.

Whether you're here for work or play, our condo is an ideal home base for exploring Ladysmith. Park the car and enjoy wandering Main Street, popping into local cafés, our famous bakery, unique shops, restaurants and year-round community events.

Featuring high ceilings, lots of windows that brings in plenty of natural light, no stairs and a private patio. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with a king-size bed and walk-in closet in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Perfect for couples, families, friends or business travellers.

When you arrive, you'll be greeted with the aroma of freshly ground local coffee, along with your choice of locally made Cowichan Valley cream or milk. We hope these local touches give you a taste of Vancouver Island and Old Town Ladysmith from the moment you arrive and inspire you to explore everything our wonderful community has to offer.

With our condo next to Highway 1, it's an ideal starting point for exploring the rest of Vancouver Island. Enjoy day trips to Chemainus, Lake Cowichan, Duncan, Cowichan Bay, Victoria or one of our favourites drive to Crofton, where you can hop on the 25-minute ferry to Salt Spring Island for a memorable day of cheese tastings, wineries, cideries and their local market.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Ladysmith and the surrounding area. The home was a wonderful base for our explorations and well equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Our host was an outstanding communicator and was very helpful every step of the way. Would love to return for a longer stay.

The condo was even more beautiful than the photos showed. It was REALLY clean (noted by a professional cleaner with us). Everything we could possibly need was provided for, including a wagon to take the provided beach chairs and umbrella down to the water. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to find a quiet getaway.

We had such an amazing time here, and it was thanks to Shannon for being such a thoughtful and welcoming host. We had everything we needed and more for our family with our very young children to have a great time in Ladysmith. Shannon was also kind enough to share ideas with us about things to do with our kids while we were in town. The house is beautiful, and couldn’t have been more perfect for our family. There were lots of thoughtful touches, like beach towels and a wagon for going to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.
