Only 2 stories, no elevator, i didnt know this or think of this so climbing stairs was hard for me, I have bad knees and hotel was full so no other option!

Old property, no attempt to clean any of it. Mud on floors, dried food splatters on hallway walls. Room was fairly clean, linen was clean. Overall poor experience. 2 story property but there is no elevator.

Our Mardi Gras trip

Room was clean, bathrooms clean,housekeeping girl was so friendly and helpful. Place has good lighting outside with security cameras. Hotel is 2 floors with stairs, no elevator for anyone handicapped. Not a problem for us,but possibly for someone who is handicapped, so specify downstairs when booking. We enjoyed our stay. We were there for Mardi Gras and met alot of friendly people!!

Don’t stay here

One of the worse hotels stay in my life. They took dirty towels and did replace them, had to go to the front desk for towels. Wouldn’t put more coffee out on the breakfast buffet. Had plumbing issues and they wanted me to wait 2 1/2 hours for it to be fixed. Ridiculous.

At first the employee that greeted us there was very sweet when we got to the room at first it looked good but I noticed there were no trash bags in the trash cans and someone left a hand print behind the bathroom door on the wall in mud are it could of been poo poo 💩 not sure so I let the front desk know and they came clean it but they said they don't have trash bags they don't buy any and the phone doesn't work either

OK for a one night stay

This hotel was an ok option for an overnight stay on the way to New Orleans. No elevator and very limited breakfast options. Room was clean and the hotel itself was pretty quiet.

Not what it use to be. I always looked forward to staying because I felt it was one of the best places to stay in Eunice. It was always clean and inviting. My last straw was a bath towel with makeup stains on it. Also, the parking lot was completely destroyed and we had to monuver to get in and out. If you are looking for budget friendly its ok. I will take my chance somewhere else and pay more.

With the exception of rancid cigarette odor in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room, the room was very clean and beds were comfortable.
