When we arrived in our room the air conditioning was set very cold. The window was open. It appeared that was bc they had a mold or water leak problem. When i attempted to close and lock the window before going to bed the window would not lock. Fortunately there was a screen so we would hear if someone something tried to get in. Bathroom appeared to be needing a remodel or in the middle of remodel. Wouldn't recommend this facility.

The pool is out of service. The laundry to wash clothes is out of service. That is why I chose this hotel. They are letting the place run down and places like the elevator floor are dirty. Usually La Quinta is a nice place to stay. Very disappointed.

Booked room 30 mins before arriving, ONLY because they had a pool. It was 95 degrees out and I had been in car for 5 hours with two small children who I promised a pool to. Upon arrival, we discover the pool was closed. Desk person told Expedia rep they won’t refund me because I didn’t cancel within 24 hours. Seems ridiculous that their inability to provide the amenities they advertise is my fault. Hoping. They make it right.

This motel has fallen into disrepare. Carpets are filthy, water damage in bath, spiders and webs everywhere, stains on floor tile, missing transition strip from tile to carpet, breakfast choices, consisted of cold cereal, toast, muffen maybe bagel. Not worthy of the La Quinta name.

Cheap but okay
They pool was closed, the manager was very nice and friendly but didn't really know what he was doing. It took us 30 min to check in. The room was okay but the floor was filthy and the bathtub was crusted and old.

Nothing in the property was working. The pool was closed! Is really the only reason why I booked the hotel. My room was super filthy omg horrible! The photos on the site is false advertising !

This hotel needs a total renovation, offering rooms that are not even close to what was advertised, it is bad business. Black mold and parts of ceiling peeling off and walls paint peeling off is a dangerous health hazard. The front desk person was doing his best and I appreciated that, but the owner needs to close it down and repair it and bring it to a normal hotel standard.

Something very bad happened here. The hotel is NOTHING like the pictures which was no surprise based on previous reviews. BUT it was clean and the beds were super comfy. Water was hot and anything we needed was tended to. It served the purpose we needed it for and I do hope the folks working hard there are able to make it what it once was.

Property needs overhaul. Stained carpets, holes on bathroom door patched with foam stick ons, room door has a space gap so noise easily transmits from the hallway.

The door to bathroom is riddled with round white foam stick ons to cover the holes ( around 8 of them) which was very unsightly. The room door has a gap when you close it, so we can hear hallway footsteps and noise . We were up till 12:30 am due to noise. Carpet has old stains visible and probably needs clean up/ replacement. Ice maker is broken and boarded-on 2nd floor so we had to go to 1st floor for ice. Overall, I think this facility needs a major overhaul. Just wondering how Wyndham is lending its name to it.

There was a sign saying they were remodeling but no signs of remodeling. It was not up to the regular standards. We were disappointed in the poor selection for breakfast. The tissue box in our room was empty

There are very limited options in the area so I would say this is the better of the choices, but we will choose to stay in another town if we need to be near Frankfort because the hotel was not very clean and was quite run down. We had to ask for new bedding because it was dirty. Just not a very nice place to stay.
