Beautifully renovated 1870’s duplex, 5 mins from Purdue. This is the upstairs unit. It has its own entrance, outside stairs the come to a private balcony. It is 750 sq ft, 1 bedroom 1 bath, 12 ft ceilings unit. Master bedroom with queen bed and writing desk. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer. Private entrance and parking.
This a NO smoking unit. Pets welcome. Some restrictions on size and breed apply. Please check with me before booking, if you are bringing a pet. To be respectful of the downstairs neighbors, absolutely NO parties allowed.

Wonderful Place - 4 min from Purdue
Sunny, clean and bright. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all kinds of amenities. We attended our son's outdoor sport event on a cold day completed with hail, snow and rain. So happy to come back to the apartment and sat in front of the fireplace in the bedroom to get warmed up. The parking in the back was very convenient and the building is well lite on the outside. Will love to come back and stay for our next visit to Purdue.

Excellent stay once again. Love the decor, every detail is there. Very clean unit. Love the high ceilings and openness of the space. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a great location so close to Purdue campus. Communication with owner is outstanding!

Be advised this property is bordered by various transitional housing facilities (i.e., halfway houses and shelters) that can make some feel uneasy if you are arriving at night and are not advised beforehand of the location of the property. Had we known beforehand, we would not have arrived at night (or booked here). Great property inside, as it was clean and had everything needed for a two night stay.

We love this property! Beautiful tall ceilings, great decor, and inviting feel make this property very comfortable. The location is close to downtown, and has quick access to Purdue as well. The host is very responsive and thoughtful. We will stay here again.
