Room was dirty Coach roach leg on our towel Hole on the top of the comforter Hole in the ceiling Only 1 set of towels No shower curtain n couldn't get ine til the following morning The hand rail in the shower was only hung on by one side My sons door didnt close completely unless locked

The room was filthy. Toothbrush under the bedside table, holes and stains on sheets, pool had black water, trash in parking lot, no cups or trash can in the room. Floor was disgusting. So awful.

The manager was very friendly and polite. Don't judge a book by its cover. The outside might look like it's ran down but the room was very clean. The covers were clean just stained. Other than that I would definitely stay again

I stay at Smart Stay frequently. I never have any problems and I’m never disturbed by anyone or anything in or around the property. It is my 1st choice hotel whenever I come to Lafayette.
