Welcome to La Coccinelle, a spacious 177 m² cottage designed to accommodate up to 10 guests in a calm and friendly setting. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it combines comfort, simplicity, and relaxing moments together.
The cottage features 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, walk-in shower, and dressing area. Three toilets are spread throughout the house for convenience. Bed linen is provided, so you don’t need to worry about a thing!
The large living area is perfect for gathering together, with a dining room featuring a big table, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals easily.
Outside, you’ll find a large, private garden with a big table for outdoor meals, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, a playset, and sun loungers to enjoy the fresh air.
For relaxation after a busy day, enjoy our sauna and private jacuzzi in the veranda, available all year round—a true wellness retreat for the whole family!
The location is ideal: all shops are just a 3-minute walk, and the Vallée des Loisirs is nearby, offering a lake, sandy beach, supervised swimming, and water activities. A GRP hiking trail is also close by for family walks.
For families with young children, we can provide a cot, high chair, baby bathtub, and toys upon request.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen

Een zeer ruim huis met hele goede faciliteiten zoals een sauna, een whirlpool en 4 badkamers. Gelegen in een leuk dorp waar alles aanwezig is dat je nodig hebt. Verder een perfecte locatie om leuke uitstapjes te maken naar Toulouse, Montauban of Lauzerte. Une maison très spacieuse avec de très bons équipements tels qu'un sauna, un bain à remous et 4 salles de bains. Située dans un joli village avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. De plus, c'est un endroit parfait pour des excursions à Toulouse, Montauban ou Lauzerte.

Un séjour parfait dans un gîte extra

Le gîte est tout simplement parfait, confortable, bien équipé, spacieux, nous avons passé 2 semaines reposantes avec pas mal de choses à voir à proximité, une région très intéressante et jolie. Les propriétaires sont adorables et donnent de très bons conseils sur les coins à voir. Tout s'est très bien passé, depuis la réservation, les échanges préalables, l'arrivée, le séjour et le départ. Rien à dire, si ce n'est qu'il faut absolument en profiter et réserver ce gîte... Merci encore à vous. Baptiste et Laurence, avec leurs 4 filles

Séjour de rêve

Les jeunes et les moins jeunes ont apprécié les 4 semaines passées dans cette grande maison. Le barbecue, le jardin, le jacuzzi, le ping-pong, la grande table de jardin et la très grande table de la pièce à vivre. 4 chambres merveilleuses, avec salle de bain privative. Un petit paradis, où tout a été pensé pour le bien-être des occupants. Un petit bourg où tous les commerces sont accessibles à pieds. Nous louons des maisons de vacances depuis 30 années, et c’est la plus géniale.

Très bien en tous points

Niveau fonctionnel: Sejour et cuisine spatieux et fonctionnels, terasse et barbecue au top....proches tous commerces y compris à pieds. Niveau loisirs: tv et dvd, hamam, sona, table de ping pong, balançoire...il y en a pour tous. Proximité d'une base de loisirs. Les matelas supers conforts, aucune gêne sonore du village, les chambres sont spacieuses.... On y reviendra 😁

Super gîtes à partager en famille ou entre amis

Le gîte est bien équipé et très bien aménagé avec ses 4 chambres et salles de bain privatives. Sylvie la propriétaire est très à l’écoute sur nos demandes ; et grâce à son aide , nous avons passé un super week-end . Je recommande vivement cette location aux personnes qui souhaitent visiter la région et bénéficier d’une maison très agréable avec jacuzzi et sauna .

Un séjour de Noël très réussi

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour Noël avec toutes la famille (4 couples dont 2 avec enfants). La maison est bien équipée, spacieuse. Le fait que chaque chambre possède sa sdb est un gros +. Tout le monde a bien profité du jacuzzi et du sauna. Et le gîte est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à peine du lac pour la balade digestive. Merci à nos hôtes.

Très belles prestations au coeur de Lafrançaise

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie propriété au coeur de Lafrançaise. Les 4 chambres avec chacune leur douche sont un plus très appréciable sans parler du SPA et du sauna qui rajoutent au confort et à la détente. A proximité immédiate (à pied) sont accessibles tous les commerces ainsi que le lac et sa base de loisirs. La région est splendide avec de nombreuses activités à faire et de sites à visiter.

sehr nettes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Zimmer u. Wohnbereich sind angenehm ausgestattet. Ein paar Sitzauflagen bei den Liegen u. Stühlen im Garten wären schön gewesen. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.
