Convenient location - secure property
Lovely spacious apartment with good cooking facilities. Unfortunately the steps into the pool are not accessible for disabled people. Toilet seats need attention.

Bathrooms
At first things went well with the exception of the bathrooms. The main bath shower couldn’t be used because the shower head wasn’t secure. We reported this to the cleaners and they tried to fix it. He couldn’t so he called a plumber who came today and fixed it. You cannot use the toilet properly as the space between it and the sink is too close. The second bath shower leaked in the corner unaware to me. The water had run out of the bathroom into the bedroom and when I left the bathroom I slipped on the water, fell and I broke two bones in my left wrist. I am now in a splint and sling and see the surgeon again in two weeks to see if the bones will heal on their own. If not I face surgery. The plumber confirmed today there was a leak and hopefully fixed it. So although we like the location of the condo and its proximity to the beach obviously there have been serious concerns

Beautiful condo
The condo is in an excellent location. The patio area is large and very comfortable and the pool is a welcome place to relax after a long day of exploring the Algarve.

Great location in Luz
On our third stay in Cristaluz, apartment has everything we need. We rent a car but you don’t need one to get around. The location is perfect and the heated pool fantastic. Also must mention communication with the hosts was brilliant. Top apartment!

Great appt with super pool and outdoor space
First stay in Praia de luz and we couldn’t have picked a nicer appt. Two bedrooms ( two single beds in each), two bathrooms and spacious lounge / diner and kitchen. All you need for a self catering relaxing holiday . Great balcony overlooking pool with easy access . Short but pleasant walk downhill to beach area and shops / restaurants .

Excellent Property in a great location
The property is really lovely and in a fantastic complex. The location is great - very close to local supermarkets and restaurants. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach front.

Better than Expected
We booked this property for two weeks with our family. The condo is well-stocked with more than enough of everything you need plus some (from cooking equipment to toys and games, linens and beach umbrellas!). It is spacious and clean. There are many ants but if you sweep after every meal and keep it clean, it is not a problem. The pool and grounds are clean and lovely. The condo is bright and spacious and we absolutely loved our stay! Would come back again for sure!

Great apartment
I have stayed in lots of apartments in Luz over the years and this was one of the best. With every room opening onto a huge balcony and private access directly onto the shared pool it was ideal. Maybe in high season it might be a bit noisy and also a bit hot without aircon but definitely not a problem in April and we were grateful of the heaters as it was pretty cold in the evenings however the pool heating was a bonus as it was still just about warm enough to swim in comfortably. The owners were also extremely helpful as we arrived on an early flight and we were allowed to take over the apartment on arrival rather than 3pm so gained some extra hours of holiday! There was plenty of crockery and a good range of cooking utensils supplied which was appreciated as I do like to cook on holiday and having a door opening onto the balcony from the kitchen was also a bonus. Just a couple of minor points - there were no UK power adaptors - even for the radio with a UK plug that was supplied in the apartment so make sure you take you own. The other slight gripe was that the allocated parking space was partly obstructed by a very large car in the next bay that was obviously parked long term under a cover and the associated apartment was empty so no way of getting it moved - some people are very inconsiderate. Overall though it was definitely somewhere I would stay in again.
