Welcome to our Algarve home!
This is a 1 bedroom apartment with communal swimming pool and garden, located in the privileged area of Lagos close to the Marina and just a short walk from the golden sands of beautiful Meia Praia beach.

This is a first floor apartment with lift access.

1 x large, air-conditioned bedroom with Kingsize bed (and 1 x pull-out bed for children/toddlers upon request) with large wardrobes plus balcony access.
1 x large, air-conditioned living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), balcony access plus dining table and chairs.

1 x large balcony with dining table and chairs, over-head adjustable canopy plus 2 sun loungers.

Meia Praia nearby, is one of the most beautiful, cleanest and biggest beaches in the Algarve.
In Lagos you will find value for money for your holidays. It is considered by many as one of the top 3 Algarve destinations.
This area is very quiet so theres no problem with nightlife noise.
There's also plenty of parking available either at the front entrance to the building or free on-street parking.

SELF-CHECK-IN: 4pm. You will receive the door entrance code and the house key code from the safe box next to the apartment door and you can come anytime. Check in possible earlier when theres no guests checking out on that day.

Malheureusement bruyant

Appartement propre, fonctionnel, bien equipé, au 1er etage d une residence. La localisation n est pas tres loin de la marina et de la plus grande plage en voiture. Un pingo doce est à proximité. Cependant, pour profiter de lagos, la voiture est indispensable. La piscine est sympa.Malheureusement l isolation phonique est mauvaise, et vous entendrez la nuit la tv de vos voisins, les chiens du dessous, les discussions ou deplacements de meubles de l etage superieur. Difficile de dormir ou de profiter d un matin de repos. Quelques lampes en panne devraient etre reparées. Un probleme de fourmies dans le salon est apparu pendant notre sejour, mais des produits etaient prevus pour y remedier.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement propre et bien équipé, très bien situé, proche des commerces et de la grande plage. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui a facilité notre arrivée de manière exceptionnelle en nous permettant d'entrer dans l'appartement la veille de la date prévue. Appartement agréable

Arrivée facilitée, nous avons pu déposer nos bagages avant l'entrée définitive. L'appartement était agréable et lumineux, proche de la grande plage de Meia Praia et de la Marina mais un peu plus loin de la vieille ville même si ça reste faisable à pied. Les conseils de Carmo et ses réponses rapides par SMS étaient appréciables, merci encore!

Very spacious, excellent patio, great for sunbathing & very private. Great location, Property manager and large one bedroom

Great location to the Marina. Grocery store and beach. The trains and buses are close by to take you anywhere you need them go! We had a couple hiccups with locked keys( my fault as they warned us about it) as well as a problem with the washing machine. All things were rectified very quickly and efficiently. Isabel is a great Property manager ! This one bedroom is quite large with a huge sunny deck. I would say it’s minimalist- yet seems to have most things you might need. We will certainly stay here again

The property was very clean! The balcony was an added plus. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed. There were manuals to help you operate the appliances. It was close enough to walk to shopping and dining. The owner communicated quickly and often. I would suggest getting new pillows for the bed! Also, make sure the place is stocked with ample toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.

Nuestra experiencia en el apartamento ha sido buena. Está muy cerca del puerto, a menos de 10 min y del centro a unos 15 min andando. El apartamento es muy amplio y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Nice location and pool in Lagos

The accommodation is spacious and ideal for a holiday in Lagos. It's within walking distance of both the Meia Praia beach, the Marina and the central part of Lagos. The pool wasn't crowded and we enjoyed being able to use the big balcony every day. The decor could use some update, but it's comfortable enough and the price of the accommodation is fair.

An Excellent Place to Stay

A very nice property, in a good location. Lots of afternoon sun on the balcony. The only suggestions are: provide paper towels, tissues, and extra roll of toilet paper, or put in instructions these items need to be purchased by the tenents. All utensils and cooking items are provided and the heater/coolers in each room work extremely well and fast.
