Villa with Private Pool and Sea Views

The Villa, Casa das Tres Palmeiras is on a gentle sloping hillside with gorgeous views overlooking the Bay of Lagos and Palmares golf course. It is approx 2 miles from Lagos. The villa, which is a traditional family holiday house, having been built in 1960, has a Master bedroom with a super-king sized bed and bathroom en suite, then 2 twin rooms which share a bathroom and 1 further twin bedroom with a small shower/loo en suite. There is a large sitting/dining room and new kitchen. A terrace surrounds 2 sides of the house part of which is covered. The swimming pool is above the house with lovely views over it to the sea beyond. Mina, the maid prepares the bedrooms with sheets, towels and beach towels, prior to your arrival, and comes in during the week to give a spruce up.

C'est une maison trÚs agréable. Les piÚces sont grandes et bien aménagée. TrÚs belle vue et belle piscine. C'est une maison en retrait par rapport à Lagos.

Superbes vacances !

C'est LA maison idéale pour des vacances géniales !!! Non seulement la maison est suréquipée mais elle offre une vue mer exceptionnelle. Sa localisation permet d'aller à la plage à pied et de rayonner sur tout l'Algarve. Nous étions 4 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 chien et tout le monde a été conquis par cette maison.

Le paradis

Cette maison est le paradis sur terre, une vue imprenable sur l’ocĂ©an Ă  partir des chambres, de la terrasse ainsi que de la piscine. La maison est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e que ce soit pour manger, pour se divertir (piscine, transat, jeux, table de ping pong...). La plage est Ă  400 mĂštres Ă  pied. La ville de Lagos est trĂšs jolie grĂące Ă  sa marina ainsi que son magnifique centre ville. Les plages de l’Algarve sont toutes somptueuses et les habitants sont trĂšs charmants. Merci Ă  l'agence pour la petite attention qui nous attendait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. A recommander sans modĂ©ration...

This villa had pros and cons
. The pros are most definitely the views and the beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately, the cons slightly outweighed the pros
 in hindsight we realised there weren’t many photos of the interior of the villa. It is mostly very dated, which in itself is not a problem. However, the bathrooms were clearly outdated, shower curtains instead of screens, very old toilets/sinks/baths/showers. Back door handle very loose, security in general not the best
 shutters don’t close easily, wooden doors don’t shut properly (main bathroom especially!) We were left towels for the pool and bathrooms, unfortunately these were all new
. Which resulted in the dye from the pool towels staining our clothes and the bathroom towels covering us in white fluff! The cleaners made an appearance after 6 days of our stay, took old towels away and left more new ones (the bathroom ones had never been washed and had a horrible smell so had to wash those immediately) they asked when we were leaving and then left so did no cleaning or changing of bedding in the whole 10 days! There were mould patches on the walls in the bedrooms & bathrooms and unfortunately the main bedroom was very damp and this made the bedding feel damp to sleep in. The pool loungers were not to our taste as there was no adjustment to these so you had to lie on your back in the same position. The netting over the table tennis table needs replacing.

Große Villa mit viel Platz und allem darin, was man bracht. Der Pool und die Aussicht auf das Meer sind wunderbar. Den Weg zum Strand kann man zu Fuß zurĂŒcklegen. Um zum nĂ€chstgrĂ¶ĂŸeren Supermarkt und nach Lagos zu kommen, empfiehlt sich ein Auto oder der Bus. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen .

Great for family

It was ideal for what we required able to walk to the beach lovely restaurant walking distance and the children loved the pool could have not been better to suit everyone needs as the age group was from the 70s to 9 year old only negative the fridge needs a new seal as only way to make sure the door closed was to kick the bottom the beds are comfortable and the cleaner was so friendly all in all we could not ask for anything more thank you we had a great holiday Carol Perry

Well equipped house in a great location

We had a great time with friends and four teenagers at the house. It’s a nice walk into Lagos along the boardwalk and Meia Praia is a lovely beach. The house has everything you could need for 8 and the pool and table tennis kept everyone occupied. Thanks for a lovely week

14 days in a dirty, windy noisy villa

At first, the contact with Jenny was great, and to our surprise the fotos did not represent the reality, to our luck the bed was better, but still IKEA. The house is more than 30y old, some things have been renewed, but we could not use the cooker and a kettle!!! so to make breakfast, hot water, coffee and toast and eggs.. no way... This was a disappointment.. do you want me to go on?? everywere insects and dirt.. Not that is the host fault, it was so cold, we could not get the humidity out and feel comfortable. We did not use the open fire, because we did not trust the chimney. Parking our big car was also a great hazzle... The chairs outside, plastic not comfortable, but in our case it was too windy and did not use the pool either.. A really disaster.. so we spent most of our time not in the house, only to sleep there... The price was acceptable, at first sight, but now, we could have done better in going elswhere. It was 800m walking to the beach, a boaring spot.. but it was a beach.. What was positive.. they accepted our dogs, which are very pickky and did not like the house...The cleaner, came but we had already change the bedlinen, so she was waiting to get a pick up and did a washing at 55mins .. than she left. To get this house up to date and clean..goof luck. Change all the windows and doors, the tiles, the bathrooms, the kitchen and the poolsite.. This could be a dreamhouse, the location is fine...

Perfect location, easy walk to the beach, great beach bars close by, fantastic board walk all the way to Lagos, also a local train. Good for family stay as plenty for everyone to do together or independently.

Die Unterkunft war alles in allem sehr schön. Es sind vier sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr gemĂŒtlichen Wohnzimmer inkl. Kamin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Lagos sehr genossen. Ich kann die Unterkunft wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen.

Familienurlaub

Check-in hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Man hat von der Terrasse und vom Pool aus eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Teilweise sind die RĂ€umlichkeiten durch die Anordnung der Möbel etwas beengt, so dass man nicht alle Fenster oder SchrĂ€nke ganz öffnen kann. Das finde ich etwas schade, aber es hat der Erholung keinen Abbruch getan. Wir haben uns alle (6 Erwachsene) sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Es empfiehlt sich, etwas gegen MĂŒcken und Ameisen dabei zu haben.

Wonderfully relaxing break

Having recently had a heart attack, our holiday dynamics changed dramatically as it became more about rest and relaxation for me. This was just the perfect spot, at the far end of Meia Praia beach, lovely and quiet (apart from the neighbours dogs) with great views of the sea and Lagos town. Jenny and the management company were fantastic, we had a couple of minor issues that were sorted immediately. The pool was fantastic, the family spent lots of time in there, and we even had a few games of table tennis. Ultimately, the best compliment I can pay is that we'd love to come back as soon as we can
