Room was clean. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Hot-tub was working, and we were the only ones there. Towels by the pool were clean and available. Breakfast - eggs were too order and cooked right. There were ev chargers available and nearby. And the hotel rate was the best. Thank you Ayres!

OK… I never rate any hotels or resorts that I have stayed at. But I will for this one. The rooms are large clean, and the whole hotel is super functional. This is what I mean… Washer and dryers available on the second and third floor, gorgeous little pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center with all the equipment you need to get a quick workout, little fireplace in the lobby.. so cozy and relaxing with a daily breakfast. Now this is not continental style breakfast, they literally make your eggs any style fresh, and you can make your own little waffles. Super amazing hotel with with a affordable rate great… staff… super friendly and the property is well maintained. Granted it’s not a five star hotel but honestly, it gives five star vibes. Had a great day thank you so much.!

We like staying in this hotel, but this time we had two issues - There were signs everywhere on property that the Holiday Breakfast times are 7-10am. When we came for a breakfast at 9:15am on December 31st, we were told that it closed at 9am. My child wasn’t even offered milk. Disappointing. Second, we were told the pool was heated - it was not heated and we couldn’t swim. Jacuzzi was fine. Room is comfortable.

I only stayed for one night. The tv’s in the entire hotel were. It working. The cable guide would come in but once a channel was chided a “locked” message would appear. I was told the cable company was aware and working on it. Most likely it was a problem because of the rain. That’s ridiculous. My friends parents live a 5minute walk away and there was no problem.. it was quite in convenient as there was no option to even stream or use apps. Really irritating and the excuse was irritating as well. They offered a 10% discount. What is that? Nothing. I came back early to relax and watch tv on my own and sleep. I only had one night. Had I known, I never would have stayed at that hotel. The excuse of weather was totally lame as well as the cable guide came on no problem and it was pretty clear the knew and that the cable was not coming in any time that evening or morning. I do not recommend this hotel. A 10% discount is laughable as well.
