The room had been neglected, the toilet wasn't working properly. After four days we had to ask for new towels twice and wound up going to get them ourselves because they never showed up. The a/c wasn't working properly. The beds and pillows were very hard. The stove burners didn't work properly.

This place is great. Staff is wonderful, pools are clean and relaxing, and you cannot beat the location on the beach. Shuttle to Whalers Village was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Good location. Walking paths, not too far from the Whalers Village and other hotels nearby. Room had a nice size balcony. Shower dripped 100% o the time, toilette clogged up, very stingy on coffee. Staff would not give more than 4 bags. No room service. Room "refresh" after 4 days was floor cleaning only. Had to ask for bath towels daily.

Excellent spot for a family vacation. The condos were clean, up to date and quiet. The pool was inviting- all of the guests were so sweet to our two year old. Food at the Castaway Cafe was excellent and you can’t beat the ocean views and beach walk. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was good except our shower room. It did not have a door and the water was splashing outside of the shower room and also, its flour was not sufficiently tilted to drain the shower water thus, flowing toward the toilet area.

The rooms for having kitchens had nothing in them. The pictures did NOT show the sleeping area upstairs and no bathroom upstairs either. Concierge. Was extremely unfriendly and we booked with her for a luau and she set up the 4 of us completely at different tables. It would be nice to have a small convenience store as well. No pool service even tho the bar was right beside it.
