We stayed inside a 2 bedroom. There was rat poop inside both bathroom fixtures and you could hear a rat at night inside the vents. When we got there we noticed everything was fairly dirty. The bathroom door that slides was broken. Overall.. i expected better and was disappointed.

Positive: Great location and beautiful beach and garden! Very kind staff especially Linda in the concierge desk and Rey the bellboy so friendly and helpful. Also the front desk girls. THEY ARE AMAZING! Negative: The room was not cleaned during our 5 night stay. It is necessary to request fresh towels every day. When they provide the clean towels they do not take the dirty ones. Guests need to do this tedious task. Also, guests need to take care of the kitchenet and bathroom trash putting it in an ugly "trash room". The carpet and sofa in our room looked outdated and not very clean. Despite this, Aston is a beautiful property and I would go back again.

The hotel was beach front. Had two pools and two gift shops with necessary items. They also had one restaurant on the property which offered good food. I appreciate the option to buy ingredients and the ability to cook with all the appliances. Everything was clean. Front desk was helpful. The concierge lady for the excursions was the only person we had issues with. We went up to inquire about excursions and she looked at us and ignored us until we asked if she was the one to assist to which she finally acknowledged us. Her demeanor was very rude so we ended up just booking our excursions worse where. On one of the excursions we met other visitors staying at our hotel and they confirmed they had the same issues with her. Overall everyone at the hotel was very pleasant and welcoming.

Beautiful properly and extremely close to the ocean! Our room was on second floor and on an end. It was huge! The photos don't do this justice! We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. It also has a HUGE master closet area, large living room, and full kitchen! Very pleased! The kitcken could use more pots and skillets though. We only had 1 small skillet. Pools were wonderful, elevators are quick, and parking was easy. Would like to have had housekeeping included with the room though. It is an additional charge.
