This contemporary two-bedroom oceanfront villa offers some of the best views of all Kapalua. Perched above Oneloa Bay and overlooking Hawea Point, the views are mesmerizing. With two ocean views suites, one cannot go wrong settling into this stylish villa.

Place was amazing

We found the unit we stayed in to be amazing. Everything we needed was here, everything updated and exceeded our expectations. Views of the ocean were perfect. Could see many turltles from our balcony and swam with them at the beach.

Perfect stay in Kapalua

We could not have been happier with this condo. The most beautiful view we’ve ever seen. Clean, updated accommodations; the most comfortable beds. My kids loved the quick walk to amazing beaches for boogie boarding and snorkeling. We enjoyed dining out every night and never having to get into our car! This was paradise.

Perfect Hawaii getaway!

We just left and already wishing we were back at 30 B 3! Gorgeous property with incredible views and walking distance to all our favorite spots. Very clean and the property provided everything we needed and more! We will be back!

Wonderful!!

We absolutely loved this property. You cannot beat the views- unobstructed ocean views and an amazing sunrise every morning. You can hear the waves at night as you fall asleep. 5 minute walk to the closest beach (Oneloa) with fun waves for the kids. 10 minute walk to Kapalua Bay for a calmer beach with great snorkeling - turtles swim up to knee deep water! Walk right out of this property and you're on a really great walking trail. Place was very clean, beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in- even my husband noticed and he never notices things like that! We had internet connection issues the day we arrived and we reached out to Parrish management- they replied immediately and had it fixed in no time at all- very impressive service from them. I would not hesitate to rent from them again and am so glad we did. One thing to know is that it is very windy- that's not anybody's fault- but it did keep us from sitting out on the main balcony and upstairs one too. The side bedroom one is less windy and more usable so that was nice to have. The view is so amazing though and it's all glass windows so the wind didn't matter to us! I hope to return to Maui and stay here again some day!

We loved this place!

When we walked in, I immediately felt like home away from home. Everything was clean and welcoming, the views are fantastic, and we had everything we needed to get right to our vacation without worrying about a thing. We cooked in some, we ate out some, we used the beach and pool stuff included and our family trip was everything I needed it to be. Perfectly located within the property for easy access, quiet when we wanted it to be and friendly with other guests when we wanted that instead. We loved it and will be back!

Beautiful spot, a little worn and in need of a few items

Great spot, easy to rent, easy access when arriving. My wife thinks this unit is the best of the Bay villas. A few minor issues, only 3 outside chairs, only one lounge chair on upper patio, no pot holders. The location is right in coastal trail so plenty of hikers go in front of unit but no issues. serene paradise

This beautiful oceanfront condo was our dream retirement vacation. The crashing waves over the rugged coastline was often all we heard and it was spectacular. The condo’s views went on for miles and we enjoyed sitting out in the deck watching the sunrise and sunset every day. The inside was a perfect set up for us - two couples. From the check-in to the check-out, our interactions with the property manager were timely and helpful. We just love this spot on Kapalua and hope to visit again!

a private paradise

We loved our stay thoroughly. despite being a condo, we felt surprisingly on our own as this condo is ocean front and leaning outward so that we had >180 degrees of unobstructed kapalua bay views. Made for incredible sunrises and sunsets. The tide pools just in front of us were beautiful to behold and we enjoyed watching turtles floating in the cove from our balcony. The kapalua coastal trail is steps away and there are 2 world class beaches just a short stroll away. The condo is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The floor plan is open and spacious which was perfect for our family to have space and still be together. Good wifi, nice functional kitchen, great bathrooms, comfortable beds. Essentially all of the pluses of a resort (including 2 small community pools looking at the ocean) but much more private and comfortable. Would love to come again.

Unbelievable!

We’ve stayed in Kapalua Bay Villas several times, always Gold oceanfront. However this villa is at another level. The views are absolutely spectacular. This unit is equipped with everything you need and the half million dollar remodel a few years ago shows in the quality of everything in this unit. Oceanfront views abound. Just a fantastic property. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Amazing Property

So close to the water that you'll feel ocean water from the balconies. View so amazing that a constant stream of hikers will stop in front to take pics. So close to water that you can hear and feel the waves hitting the rocks. Villa was very clean and in great condition. Several snorkel gear and 4 beach chairs available. Pool and bbq grill were just above the parking outside the villa. Kapalua beach was an easy walk (and probably Napili but we didn't try.) But take short cut thru parking lot instead of trail. Another beach to the right close by (don't know the name). Went to Joey's Kitchen a lot for meals located less than 10 min drive at Napili Plaza. There's a Boss Frogs and grocery in same plaza. Also several restaurants nearby. Just a very special place and we feel very lucky and blessed to have stayed there.

The view!

An absolutely stunning view of the ocean. We enjoyed watching whales while eating breakfast. The property has everything you would need or want, with the coastal trail right outside, beautiful beaches within a short walk, and stores nearby. A real treat!

This is our first time staying in Kapalua. We typically stay on the west side of the island. The views were exactly, better than, what was shown on the listing. The condo was clean and up to date. We had no issues checking in or while we were there. If we stay in Kapalua again we will stay here for sure.

Awesome!

Amazing 180 degree view of the ocean! This villa is in a great location in the Kapalua Bay Villa property. An easy walk to Kapalua Bay & Napili Bay. The villa is modern and bright; everything is clean and new. There were 3 of us traveling together and it’s unanimous.....we will stay here again!
