Aloha and welcome to the beachfront condominium at Maui Kai Unit 408! This spectacular, north end, corner unit is conveniently located halfway between historic Lahaina Town and the prestigious Kapalua Golf Resort. Enjoy panoramic, unobstructed views of the neighboring islands Lanai and Molokai, while watching whales (seasonal) breach out of the water, sea turtles and fish swimming by and enjoy breath taking beautiful sunsets!

Experience the time of your life in this spacious, newly remodeled, one bedroom unit. Located at the Maui Kai Condominium, 106 Kaanapali Shores Place Unit 408, Lahaina, HI 96761. This is on the 4th floor, north end corner unit with an unobstructed, incredible, spectacular view, right on the ocean. There is a huge, sandy beach on both sides of the Maui Kai for your beach and ocean enjoyment!
Our family condo has just been remodeled with new flooring, paint and nice classy furniture. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with new appliances, new custom cabinets, granite countertops and everything you need to prepare your favorite specialties. The bathroom shower has great water pressure into a 4 foot bath tub, granite counter and sink, bath towels and beach towels provided. The one bedroom has a new, very comfortable Calif. King Size bed, new furniture and a closet for your clothes. The lanai has sliding windows to close up in stormy weather or opened up on our normal trade wind weather days for the Hawaiian natural air conditioner. Close up the Unit to make the house A/C to work great! sp All the comforts of home at low rates year round. Only steps away to the long sand beach below with snorkeling, surfing and beach activities. A picture tells a 1000 words, so truly live your paradise dream and make this your Hawaiian second home!

Couldn’t have asked for a better view!A perfect location to explore Maui.Watching whales breach with breakfast and sea turtles swim the shoreline without even leaving the unit was incredible. Literally right on a great swim and snorkel beach and next door to a lovely long boardwalk- perfect for watching the sun set.Communication was excellent, check in was smooth and the unit was pleasantly spacious.Hope to come back soon!

We loved our stay here! This condo was everything as advertised- the views from the lanai were absolutely incredible; a monk seal even came to shore. This condo is in a fantastic location to go and do many activities on the island. Neal and Vicky left a basket of Hawaiian goodies, which was a fun surprise after a long day of travel. We loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Can’t beat the view at this price. You are literally backing onto the ocean. It was amazing! Clean. Comfortable bed and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Very responsive host. Cons: condo is dated and in need of touch ups — mostly to the bathroom. No regrets, though, as the view/location made up for it.

This is a fabulous property. The views were spectacular with views of Molokai and Lina'i. Parking was plentiful and safe. The access to the beach was an elevator ride and then a short walk through the lobby. A short walk away was a collection of food trucks, a pizza parlour and bar. Ee will definitely try to book this again.

The condo was on the corner. You could look out from the lani and see the beach and straight out to see the ocean. Turtles visited daily any time from 11 AM to noon. The condo has all the necessary items to make you comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the king size bed. There were vintage posters on the wall that brought back memories. The owner Neal is a very nice man. I look forward to staying in this condo again.

Amazing stay with perfect sunset view

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I. We enjoyed our breakfast on the lanai every morning. The view is mesmerizing with the ocean and views of the other islands. We also were able to watch pods of dolphins swim by. The condo has a great location to the beach, the boardwalk, grocery store, abc store, restaurants and food truck lot. It’s well stocked with everything you need. The condo was also quiet and peaceful so we could sleep well. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation!

The View!

The view is everything! The condo is clean and has everything you need. The bed was extremely comfy. The location is prime and conveniently located close to a grocery store and hotspots like Whaler's Village. I will definitely consider booking again in the future.

We loved our stay - fantastic view and location, comfortable King bed, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. You may want to mention in your listing that you have a Kurig Coffee maker - as we would have brought our favorite coffee pods. Quiet and relaxing with the lull of the ocean waves at night time. Just what we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Unbeatable views and location

Overall we had a great stay here. This condo has spectacular views, and watching whales on the lanai with our morning coffee was truly a highlight. The Ka'anapali area is very nice, with wonderful beaches, restaurants, and a grocery store nearby.Check-in and check-out were very easy. The king bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was comfortable (for a sofa bed) and very easy to use. When we reached out to the owner, he was quick to reply and communicated clearly.Some things to know in advance are:- The property itself is older and the age does show in places.- The kitchen and living area are nicely renovated.- The kitchen was clean and nicely equipped.- Coffee was NOT provided, so be sure to bring your own. - There is no coffee grinder, so be sure to buy ground.- Salt and pepper were there, but no other kitchen basics (oil, sugar, etc.) were provided.- The bathroom really needs some attention (ceiling tiles broken in places, rust visible).- The owner does NOT provide shampoo, conditioner, or body soap for the shower. We only discovered this after getting into the shower after a long day of traveling, which is not an ideal experience. We have been traveling with VRBO for more than 10 years, and we have never stayed in a place that did not provide at least travel-size containers of body soap and shampoo.Overall we had a positive experience in Maui!
