Recently remodeled and tastefully upgraded, this 1BR/2BA suite is perched atop the north tower of the Whaler and affords sweeping panoramic vistas of the azure blue Pacific and neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai. Enjoy the perfect meal at your own outdoor dining area as you experience year-round Maui sunsets from your expansive wraparound lanai, or simply relax in the outdoor lounge chairs as you take in the sights of Kaanapali Beach and Black Rock below. In addition, this corner location offers enchanting views of the verdant West Maui Mountains looming majestically to the east.

The spacious interior of the suite has one primary bedroom and two full bathrooms. Fade into a rejuvenating slumber with help from the ocean's gentle rhythm in the king-size primary bed. For additional sleeping capacity, there is a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room.

Both bathrooms have been completely renovated for a lavish bathing experience, including masterful granite detailing in the 8-foot glass-enclosed walk-in showers and travertine tile throughout.

You will find culinary inspiration from the newly remodeled and upgraded kitchen featuring granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and elegant travertine. Nestled right in the heart of Kaʻanapali Beach, steps from soft sands and pristine waters, The Whaler boasts one of Maui’s best resort locations. This world-famous beach offers an abundance of shopping, dining, and activities right at your doorstep. Luaus, dinner cruises, snorkel trips, parasailing (summer only), whale watching (winter only), surf lessons, and more are only a short walk away.

Outstanding location and view. I really miss having my morning coffee or sunset rum and pog on the lanai. Friends who own at the Whaler were also impressed with this unit. That said, the living room sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and many of the plates and bowls are chipped. The kitchen could use a pair of scissors.

Beautiful location and unit

This was our third time staying in this location but this first in this unit. Great views and a wonderful lanai overlooking the beach and ocean with Lanai and Molokai across that channel. The unit was well equipped and comfortable.

The very best beach and ocean view available (in my opinion)

View of ocean and beach from corner lanai. Also great view of mountains and golf course to the east. The unit is a bit dated. Shower in guest bath was difficult to use given need to be in the shower to turn it on (half glass wall). Great pickleball courts (4) and met several players. Bed was ok but not great. Kitchen window sill was filthy. Otherwise reasonable clean. Booked a more upscale property for next year at about the same price. Management company was very responsive regarding cable TV stuck on one channel and safe not working (replaced battery). Nice location next to Whaler Village for food, drink and shopping.

Heaven on earth!

My husband and I chose the Whaler because our adult daughter and family were also staying there in another unit. The wrap-around view/decking was the epitome of luxury and awe. Our family came up for several sunsets and morning relaxation. Can't wait to get back there! A few more common spices would be appreciated. Amazing Location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed living in 1101 at the Whaler condominiums on Kaanapali Beach. The view from the wrap-around lanai was amazing during the epic winter storm that occurred while we were there. The host, Maui Resort Rentals, was responsive to all of our needs before and during our stay. I highly recommend, and will most definitely be returning to this condo.

Perfect place for a romantic and relaxing vacation

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days while on vacation in Maui. This was our first trip to Hawaii. We both loved this location. The condo itself has a stunning view of the ocean. It was spacious and had everything that we needed. I only wish we had stayed longer. The location of the building is a very short walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. Parking was fine for us, and we honestly didn't need to rent a car in hindsight as we spent most of our time at Whaler's Village or the condo. We can't wait to come back and hopefully this unit will be available.

Great stay

The beachfront view was terrific. The charter boats moored out front were interesting and beautiful at night. The Whaler has a nice pool and we looked down of the barbecue area which was entertaining. The unit had beautiful decor and the kitchen was functional so we were able to cook up whenever we were not dining at the Whalers Village. We shared our photos with our friends and they are hoping to reserve sometime. We would definitely rent again!

Great views. Clean. It did have the small amenities such as soap, shampoo, and coffee. I would stay there again in an instant. Also beach chairs and umbrella in the closet. Owners: The sliders need a little WD40 as they were a bit hard to open, same with the front door. Not a problem for us but maybe for others. Note the 5PM checkin time.

Beautiful views !

This is our second stay at the Whaler. We look forward to coming again. Loved unit 1101. Everything was so handy. We hope to stay again in same unit. Only small suggestion. The pillows are very hard and it would be nice to have a choice of a softer pillow. We are in our sixties and need a little extra comfort for sleep these days ! We loved the location and the nicely stocked kitchen. We had a lovely time.

Rejuvenating perch with phenomenal views.

Location, location, location! 11th floor beach front with wrap around balcony. You won’t spend much time inside with the stunning views and quiet balcony facing the ocean. I’ve stayed at the whaler many times as the private condos fit my needs. This front row beach facing unit give a more private luxury of not seeing other guests and the pleasure of listening to the waves all night. Condo is clean and well equipped. Nothing elaborate but sufficient for our needs. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Fantastic condo on the 11th floor of the Whaler! Condo was gorgeous inside and very well equipped for all of our needs. The furniture was very comfortable and a slight little problem we had with the garbage disposal was corrected immediately through the management company. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

We stayed for 5 days in this condo and truly have no complaints! Everything was perfect and the view was amazing! It's located next to The Whaler Village shops, so we were able to walk to most of the restaurants and shops. It was great!
