The house accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 spacious, well-equipped bedrooms (including 2 with queen-size 160 cm beds), one of which is a master suite on the ground floor. Enjoy a bright, welcoming living room with access to the terrace and sun loungers, plus a fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoors, unwind in the large pool, 4-person jacuzzi, pétanque court, ping-pong table, swing, punching bag, board games, and help yourselves to the organic vegetable garden.
The expansive garden and terrace are perfect for long summer evenings and peaceful relaxation.
Ideally located for exploring Brittany, the villa is just 15 minutes from Rennes and 10 minutes from the Rennes/Bruz Exhibition Centre.
