SPACIOUS BLUE JAY CABIN WITH VAULTED CEILINGS!

The Pinewood is a 3-story, 2,598 square foot, elegantly decorated cabin with stunning angles and high, dramatic ceilings. Wood floors on the main and upper floors accentuate the cabin feel of the home.

The house sleeps up to 8 people in 9 beds, with 4 separate bedrooms/sleeping areas. It has a fully stocked large kitchen with open concept.

Contactless check-in makes it easy to show up when you want and not have to worry about meeting anyone. This home is super clean.

Our rental permit allows up to 8 people. There's a minimum 3-night stay that includes a major holiday.

The upper floor bedroom features 1 king bed and it's own ensuite bathroom. There is also lounge sitting area with a large lounge chair to snuggle up and read a good book, and also a small balcony.

The main floor has 2 bedrooms. The queen room features a queen bed with smart TV, and large closet. The trundle room features a full bed and a single bed with a pull out trundle bed, smart TV, a large closet.

The lower floor bedroom features two bunk beds and there is a comfortable sofa bed in the game room. There is also a smart TV, pool table, foosball table, huge cozy couch, fireplace, and separate area. Also on the lower floor is a full bathroom. Our guests always tell us this is their favorite area of the cabin.

In case you need to wash some clothes or towels, there is a separate laundry room located on the lower floor.

We have room for 3 cars in the front parking area.

This home is ideal for family vacations, getaways with friends, or small retreats.

There are 5 smart TVs, one on the main floor with the Spectrum app installed which allows you to get a variety of cable channels

We also have great Wifi!

The home has a large kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. In the kitchen is a regular coffee maker, and also a Keurig machine. We supply some coffee, coffee pods, creamer, and sugar. There are also some spices in the kitchen.

Outside on the deck is a barbecue hooked up to a natural gas line, so you'll never run out of fuel.

The lower deck has a fire pit and deck chairs for those beautiful chilly nights.

Access to the property is very easy. Just nine steps up and you're down to the entry bridge. The parking is flat and accommodates 3 cars.

In case of snow, there are snow shovels, a regular shovel, and snow-melt pellets for the decks and walkways.

Short two minute drive to ARROWHEAD VILLAGE.

Quick 5 minute drive to the New SANTAS VILLAGE (SKY ZONE)

This is the perfect vacation rental for a weekend away or available long term !

Things to consider:

- This is NOT a party house. If you’re looking for a place to play loud music and party, this is not the right house for you. This is a house to relax in and enjoy nature, and the neighbors like having a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

- Our cabin is a non-smoking home. We do not allow smoking in the house, on the decks, or anywhere on the property.

- Maximum occupancy is 8 persons per our county STR permit.

- Firewood is there for all of our guests to use. Unfortunately, some of our guests have used excessive amounts of firewood leaving none available for the next guests. In order to avoid being charged for firewood, if you're going to have more than two fires, please replenish the firewood, which is available at nearby stores.

- Security cameras are installed on the OUTSIDE ONLY and record video and audio for security and enforcement purposes only. By accepting this booking you agree to this recording.

- Please DO NOT bring your own bedding and pillows. We have plenty of clean bedding and extra blankets at the cabin, and bringing bedding could subject the house to potential infestation of bed bugs, fleas, and other pests.

The house is a short 7 minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village where there are many shops and restaurants, Stater Brothers market, and McDonalds. It's also a 6 minute drive to Will Abell Memorial Trail which features an easy, beautiful hike. A short 11 minute drive will take you to SkyPark at Santa's Village for activities like mountain biking, skating, zip-lining and more!

** Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and our house comes with passes to access the Lake Arrowhead trails and shoreline. Please request the Lake Access Agreement for Short-term Rental Guests if you are interested in accessing the lake. You will need to register all guests in your group with the Arrowhead Lake Association and purchase wristbands.
