Room smelled like an ashtray. Stains on the walls and bedding. Gnats and flies everywhere. I left within 30 minutes to find another hotel.

HORRIBLE SERVICE and RUDE

Check in was easy , room was pretty clean , it was an okay stay for the price . The service was HORRIBLE ! My fiancée has to have a service dog (A SMALL FRENCHY) there is a sign that says no dogs but service dogs are allowed . When I went check in I read the sign not knowing I needed to register the dog or whatever , den come check out , the lady at the front desk wouldn’t let us extend bc of having a dog (which was okay , no big deal) , but the lady was VERY rude and VERY VERY unprofessional . Had an attitude for no reason , told me who checked me in told me no pets and I had to check them in , which they didn’t whatsoever , and she wasn’t even there so how would she even know what the host at the time said , told me “at the end of the day , yhu brought a pet when there’s no pets” and wouldn’t give me my 50$ deposit back . Also the maids opened our door BEFORE check out time around 10:45 when we had a late check out for 12 . Would not recommend for anyone to stay here . If it wasn’t for the super argumentive host and very very rude host that checked us out , it wouldn’t be so bad , but she obviously doesn’t care about good customer service . We honestly didn’t know we had to register my fiancées service dog , even if we did that’s no excuse to keep our deposit . We read on the days inn website about the policy and rules and tried to follow them how they were .

Great place for a low price. Only had minor issues which we just ignored for the couple days we were there... like sink not draining quickly... bathroom door hard to close... not a big deal. Would stay here again! The Mexican place in the parking lot is fantastic and the place is very convenient right off the highway.

This place was highly unsafe as people were outside in the parking lot all night and day with no visible security or staff. The room had stained towels, the sink was not only broken but had visible hair in it! I arrived late so i had to stay the first night. After asking for a refund for the two remaining nights as well as the agency called for a refund and THEY REFUSED even though i clearly was unhappy!! Do yourself a favor cause you deserve better!!!

This Days Inn is ONLY for a one night stay. It’s not close to any stores you’ll have to travel inner city for this. If you’re looking for something more convenient go inner city. The outside doesn’t look appealing. There is no continental breakfast. If you’re a Truck- driver or if you’re passing through and need to sleep for a few hours then go ahead. It was ok for what we needed it for.
