Perfect Mom and Daughter Stay
This is our second time here. It was even better than our first stay because we added one additional day to our reservation this year. It was peaceful, relaxing, and renewing. We enjoyed the town a bit by exploring the shops, including take out at Cheungs Garden Restaurant and the consignments stores offered treasures. The swing was the first area we decided to relax in. Then, over our stay, enjoyed time in the back porch and the front porch. Having them screened in was helpful with the occasional light rain we had. The neighborhood was quiet, the fire pit inviting and Heidi's Huggamug Cafe just across the street offered a friendly place for breakfast and coffee. Booked again for next year.

Weekend away
Great little cottage to relax for the weekend. Clean and had the things we need. Nancy popped in today hi when we arrived and her number was in numerous places to get in touch with her if anything was needed. Great coffee shop across the street too.

Cozy Cottage
Great place to stay! It was snowing upon our arrival, so we appreciated the puzzles and games stocked in the house. The kitchen has a nice view of the lake, and the location is just a block from the marina. We especially liked the cute lake house decor, warm blankets, nice TVs, and dimmable overhead light fixtures. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Getaway in Lake City
This was our second stay here and won’t be our last. With mild weather this winter we enjoyed the warmth of the cozy front porch. The house has all of the necessary amenities. Many windows and a large backyard provide for excellent views of Lake Pepin. It’s steps away from Heidi’s Huggamug Cafe who provides great coffee with breakfast and lunch. The location is within walking distance of the marina and downtown area businesses. We enjoy hiking and biking and it is situated between Wabasha (National Eagle Center) and Red Wing where there are many parks and trails in the area. So, enjoy the outdoors and relax indoors.

Cozy place to stay for a getaway
We enjoyed the comfortable accommodations. The large kitchen was nice. The nice breakfast and lunch cafe across the street was convenient. We visited Wabasha and Red Wing while we were there. Comfortable bed.

Relaxing in an old charm cottage
Picked this listing based on reviews and location. We were planning on skiing at Coffee Mills in Wabasha but Mother Nature had other things in store! No snow. We ended up walking at Frontenac state park which was amazing and we saw many Eagles on this trip. The reviews are spot on about this cottage. This cottage has a lot of space to relax. We especially enjoyed the sun hitting our face at sunset while sitting in front porch or relaxing in the chair by the electric fireplace which has a nice heater blowing on you. The kitchen has unobstructed views of Lake Pepin which was really nice while you’re eating breakfast. This is a cottage for all seasons! Don’t forget to get Papa Tronnios for pizza and walk literally steps to Heidi’s Huggamug for coffee and breakfast or lunch.

Wonderful home
We thoroughly enjoyed this clean and tidy home during our 4 day stay in Lake City. The house is very comfortable, inviting and stocked with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to downtown restaurants. The interior of the house and the exterior are obviously well taken care of.

MEA Weekend
The cottage was perfect! Our family had a great weekend enjoying the cute town of Lake City and the cottage had the perfect amenities for us to relax and take in the beautiful fall weekend. We will definitely be back!
