King suite with a kitchenette and had no dishware. Not one single cup, fork, paper towels, nothing. Dirty towel on bathroom door was left. Hair on the bathroom floor. No hairdryer. Was right next to a truck stop. Heard semi's running all night long. Nice king bed had satellite. Overall okay stay.

Good Value; Clean but Dated

Dated property, but clean. Good value for the price. Wi fi worked well, and full DirecTV channel selection. No breakfast, but Duncan is next door.

This was so dirty we decided to leave minutes after going into our room! I highly recommend you never go here! Of course they still charged me even though I left! Pool empty cement pond, room walls dirty, blood stained mattress cover, garbage and construction materials everywhere outside. Awful!!

Had to call a phone number, to get them to open the office and register. Poor linen service. Broken desk drawers. Mold on bathroom walls. Noisy heater.

Okay hotel

This is a roadside hotel that caters more to truck drivers. Lot’s of porn on the tv. The rooms were cleanish. Shower was functional but not very clean. We were just there to make a quick stop on our way to Orlando. It served it’s purpose for a place to sleep.

Palms Garden was not as advertised! The room was dingy, linens yellowed, grasshopper on one bed, dirty sock in the bathroom. Room had to be accessed through a dark exterior hall, from the parking lot. Pool was drained, not in use. The check in was good, manager helpful and accommodating. We got a refund, did not stay.
