I was a little disappointed in the building. The picture showed lobby entrance to rooms, it was drive up. The hasp on the door security had screws missing. The lady at the desk when i checked in spoke from behind a wall asking me if i had a reservation or not before she came out.

Had reservations for 2 queen room with fold out sofa..for 2 nights. Got to hotel late got into room and immediately fell asleep. Woke up early in morning turned TV on and noticed that there were lines in TV, just turned it off not even thinking about it. Went to get some breakfast, it was edible. Decided to go lay out at pool and swim, our room was right next to pool. Pool was cloudy, walls looked scummy and full of bugs, went to use net and it had huge hole, called front desk and they said that pool person coming at 10 am this was at 8:30 am. So decided to get ready and look around town. Upon pulling back curtains could room was dirty. My husband and his best friend were talking about the TV.. looking at it it looked like you had double vision.. I went to take bath and flipped what causes it to hold water and as soon as water started rising hair, leaves, etc started rising and floating in tub even though bathtub had a loose drain cover. I was mad told my husband. Started to get dressed and noticed that mirror on back of door was smeared and there was toothpaste splater on around sink and bottom of the big mirror behind it. We checked out immediately after that. For the price we paid for that room I was appalled that people were staying there. If i had stayed there it would have cost me over $333 for 2 nights. Do not waste you time.

Overpriced Motel
Pros:Location
Cons:Price and less smoking rooms
Location:Near the expressway which is good for road trippers.
The facility is just okay. It does the job for weary travelers in a pinch, but it's not great and therefore overpriced. We stayed in a smoking room which smelled awful for a non-smoker. I'm sure our experience would have been a bit better in a non-smoking room if they were available.

WELL, AFTER ARRIVING IN LIVE OAK TO CHECK INTO MY ROOM, i FOUND OUT THAT ALL OF MY RESERVATIONS WERE CANCELLED BY TRAVELOCITY. SO I HAD TO MAKE A NEW RESERVATION, PAY AGAIN AT FULL PRICE. UNACCEPTABLE

Disappointing
Cons:New shower control fixtures deparately needed
This stay was very disappointing. The room was a smoking room, not requested and the smell was terrible. The rooms are old and tired. The shower would only put out hot water so the front desk staff came up and tried and they were unable to make it work either. Staff was prompt friendly apologetic. They let me use a room several doors down to shower. That shower would only set on lukewarm. Would not stay there again!!
