Check in was very easy and the staff very helpful. The room was very clean but the towels were stained and the shower curtain very dirty. The door dead lock did not work. The outside appearance and cleanliness lacked proper care.

It was an absolute disaster from check in until the time we left. Dirty rooms. Remote battery’s dead. No batteries on site. Towels and linens had dirt marks on them

great water supply and no clogged bathtub/ shampoo supply in the bathroom run out and was not replenished when we were in the bathroom to take a bath so it was good that one of us brought her own shampoo/surface (table)was dusty/
