Weekend get-away with my husband. Property is well maintained, room was clean and very cozy with balcony and view of the lake. This motel fit the bill for being close enough to the village but away from the crowds and traffic. MaryEllen, the proprietor, was lovely to talk to and very accommodating. The rooms are on the smaller side but have been tastefully updated. We opted for a king size bed (a bit difficult to find at some of the smaller motels) and enjoyed a second floor room with a nice view of the lake. The motel is centrally located to several attractions. We will definitely return.
