After many years of dreaming, designing and building, we are thrilled to open the doors to our brand-new waterfront home, completed in September 2026. We poured our hearts into creating a special place where family and friends can gather, relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake George. We hope you'll fall in love with this home and the magic of the lake just as we have and leave with memories to last a lifetime.

The main level was designed for gathering, with a spacious chef's kitchen featuring a large island with seating for eight, a comfortable banquet dining area, and an open-concept living room with soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a stone gas fireplace and beautiful lake views. Just off the kitchen, a screened porch extends the living space outdoors, complete with an outdoor kitchen, built-in gas grill and dining table - the perfect spot for leisurely meals, morning coffee and enjoying the lake views.

Downstairs, a second living area provides even more room to relax, with its own electric fireplace, comfortable leather sectional and 65" TV. The space opens to a stylish bar complete with a kegerator, sink, refrigerator, ice maker, counter stools and a pass-through bar window to the patio. From here, step outside to the patio and expansive yard that leads down toward the waterfront.

In the warmer months, spend your days swimming from your private sandy beach, relaxing by the water, launching your boat from your private dock or gathering around the smokeless fire pit as the sun sets over Lake George.

Lake George is spectacular in every season. In winter, enjoy skiing at Gore Mountain, about 25 minutes away, along with snowmobiling, ice fishing, winter hiking and the Lake George Winter Carnival. Fall brings crisp days, cozy evenings by the fireplace, nearby apple picking and spectacular foliage. Spring is a wonderful time to explore the area's many hiking trails, waterfalls and charming towns.
