Very clean and nice home. My grandsons enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is nice with big stainless steel fridge. The home was super clean! Beds were comfy! Liked the fact that it was on a dead end and it was quiet and felt safe. Loved there was parking for our boat and truck which allowed them not having to unhook. I wish there would have been side tables on each side of bed. We have c paps so it would have been helpful.

Location is convenient house needs some updates.

We booked this house because of the convenient location. The house although surface clean it could use some overall maintenance, especially paint. The basics are there but we missed the other little things that would bring it up a notch. Smaller things like a coffee or end table and additional bedside tables and lamps would make it more convenient. On the plus side we appreciated that there is plenty of seating outside in the pool area. We also liked the location and quiet neighborhood and quick response from the owners.

Thanksgiving homebase

We had a nice few days to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The pool was chilly (as expected in November) but enjoyable. We appreciated how clean and well-kept the house is, and since it's on a cul-de-sac it's nice and quiet.

Cute place - perfect for our group

Property was very clean and inviting. Perfect for our group of 8. AC worked great, pool was nice, good location and a quite street. Although it didnt affect our stay at all, the house could use a bit if updating and there are a few areas that could use some repair/maintenence to make it really on point. We would stay here again though.

Comfy place

We only stayed 4 dates but it filled the requirements. After speaking with the owners it was obvious the previous renters were not kind to the property. We noticed a couple of things were broken like a pie e of the tile in the kitchen and the light to the pool dissent Work. Overall a nice place though.

Clean House and Amazing Location

We came to havasu for the half marathon and 5K and loved the location of this house. The Lake House is beautiful and so clean. We loved the layout of the house as well. Having the Master Bedroom on one side of the house and the other rooms on the other side of the house. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean also. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Lake Havasu

We had a wonderful time in Lake Havasu. Our VRBO was conveniently located so that we could see the many sites the town had to offer. The Black Bear Restraunt was very good. We enjoyed relaxing out by the pool when the sun was in the backyard. We had some little quail visitor's which were fun to see. We picked a good time to be there because we got to enjoy the Balloon Fest.

Good place for a visit to Havasu City

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our short 2 night stay in Havasu City. We all made good use of the pool which was temp. controlled. Since we traveled in Aug it was nice to have a pool that wasn't 95 deg. to cool off in. There were a few small things that needed repair like a broken tile on the corner of the kitchen counter. It didn't bother us but someone with small children would need to be cautious they didn't bump into it and cut their heads. The RO faucet in the sink and the water/ice dispenser in the fridge did not work so we had to go out an purchase water and ice. This was the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars. I would book this home again for our group without hesitation though. The owners responded right away to our questions and we were very comfortable during our stay.
