This GEM is perfect for all of your lake vacation needs!

Only 1 mile to both London Bridge and Windsor launch ramp.

Newly updated, with a saltwater pool and spa! The spa can be heated for an additional charge, POOL IS NOT HEATABLE.

Large driveway and 100' RV/boat parking on the side of the house.

No garage access.

WiFi provided.

Inquire about weekly and monthly rates.

Come enjoy the beautifully landscaped and perfectly lit back yard that includes a large pool to cool off in, a spa to relax in (optional/extra charge applies for heating) and plenty of seating for you and your guests after a day at the lake or out in the desert!

This home sleeps UP TO 8 people, inclusive of any children.

The Main Suite has a King bed, a large walk-in closet, flat screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in “cave” shower.

Each of the two guest rooms has a Queen size bed with newer mattresses.

For additional guests there is a floor mattress pad available. Extra pillows and blankets are also provided.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Due to liability reasons, we can not allow early check-in times, or late check out times.

There are 5 outdoor cameras on the property: front driveway, both sides of house, backyard (inclusive of pool and spa) and backyard patio. All are completely visible to guests (not hidden). Front door has a RING doorbell. All cameras are recording at all times and can not be shut off. Owners may view live or recorded videos at any time. Cameras are for security, liability and guest protection. *NO CAMERAS INSIDE HOUSE*

The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The backyard, pool, spa, fire pit all very nice. Be aware they do have cameras in the back yard. They provide more than most. Everything was easy to find and Chris & Jen were great hosts. The only thing that should be changed/upgraded are the bed linens and pillows.

Nice little gem, close to London Bridge area.

Wife and I rented the place for a weekend getaway. Location couldn't have been better, as it was close the the London Bridge area. The house is beautiful, but no privacy in the backyard between cameras and neighbors. Jen the owner was awesome. The inside of the house was great, a few housekeeping issues that needed to be addressed, but not a big deal. The biggest disappointment was the 1 ply sandpaper they supply in the bathroom. For the cost I would expect toilet paper that doesn't hurt, so bring your own if that's a big deal for you. We would definitely rent this for the family next time we return to Lake Havasu. Rent this with confidence.

Perfect spot!

My friends and I stayed here for a mini vacation and it was perfect. Everything was very clean and organized, the host was friendly and easy to communicate with and the pool was the cherry on top! Will definitely stay here again.

By far one of the BEST VRBO stays EVER!

We rented this place for a bachelorette weekend for 4 of us girls, and it SUPER EXCEEDED our expectations. Not only was it sparkling clean and included every amenity, the location was perfect (2 miles from London Bridge) and the view of the water was beautiful! The host was quick to respond with all of our questions, and the welcome book included everything we needed to know about our stay! As a VRBO owner myself, this place was TOP NOTCH. Would give it 10 stars if I could! We will definitely be back, and have already discussed bringing our husbands next time!

Great location, beautiful yard to relax and enjoy the AZ sunshine

This house is awesome. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire table in the relaxing backyard. Coffee by the pool in the mornings was a treat. Location was great, easy walk down to Bridgewater Channel. Owners were great. We would definitely stay again.

My entire group loved it

Literally entire home was beautiful, from pool and spa to bathrooms, well stocked, very comfortable, good sound systems, lots of parking, extra towels and sheets. Only bummer was 75 degrees max AC. We were very impressed with the entire process and easiness and cleanliness of everything and will book again any time.
