New Custom resort style pool home is highly upgraded and comfortably sleeps 8. It is located in south Lake Havasu in a very quiet and private neighborhood minutes from lake, boat ramps, restaurants, London Bridge, downtown, grocery stores, golf courses and off-road trails. Great for snowbirds, boaters and relaxing with family and friends. Newer immaculate home with all new furnishings!

Entertain in the resort style backyard. The sparkling pool features solar heating, water features, multi-colored lights and 2 Baja beach entries. Travertine decking throughput. Enjoy several outdoor areas. Under the large covered patio with outdoor furniture, ceiling fans, roll down shades and 50" Smart TV or share a meal or play games at the large bar high table with fire feature. Lounge in or out of the pool with in-pool chairs and two pool umbrellas. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset dinner/drinks on the front courtyard with bar high fire table with views of the lake and mountains.

Inside boasts plenty of seating and open concept living area great for gathering after a long day playing outdoors. The living room has a large double chaise sofa, a loveseat that folds out into a full size bed with a thick memory foam mattress and a 70" Smart TV with sound bar great for streaming your favorite shows, movies or listening to XM Radio. Adjustable coffee table and USB end tables. Surf the internet or stream your shows with the hi speed wireless WiFI w/ unlimited data. The dining room has a counter high table with plenty of seating for 8. You will find the kitchen well stocked with all new appliances. Games for children and adults.

Retire in one of the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a Cal King bed, dresser, night stands, walk-in closet, 50" Smart TV, private entry and en suite full bath with double sinks and walk in shower. The secondary bedrooms have queen sized beds and plenty of closet space for your belongings. All rooms have ceiling fans, plantation shutters and black out shades.

There is plenty of room for parking your large vehicles in the oversized 3 car garage and paved 15’x 80’ Boat/RV parking area outside. Fully walled backyard for privacy and quiet relaxation on corner oversized lot.

This house is outstanding! It had everything we needed and more! The home was fully stocked; the kitchen, the bedrooms & bathrooms, the pool accessories, and the "Guest Cooler" inside the garage. The pool was a great place to hang out during the evening, while watching soccer matches from the backyard TV. The owners definitely put so much thought into making guests feel so welcomed! We will stay here again!!!

Absolutely Perfect

This was our first get-away since retirement and this home couldn't have been more perfect for us. We loved the size, the decor, the quiet neighborhood and back yard privacy. The pool was awesome and we spent most of our afternoons just relaxing outside. We were pleasantly surprised with the solar-heated pool ... no extra heating cost and was warm enough almost every day to enjoy. Owners Mike and Beth were awesome; quick to answer any questions and then would follow up too. It was hard to leave after making this our second home for 45 days. Because of the great experience, we plan on coming back to Lake Havasu City next year.

Quality Family Time

Great Stay in a well kept home!

We were nervous about booking a trip in July to such a hot area (we are from Ohio, so definitely not used to the AZ weather), but we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations this home had to offer! The home offered great space for our entire family to meet up, and we really enjoyed the pool outside! The swim ledges and umbrellas were perfect, especially with our little ones. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the garage space was a nice added bonus! The owners were also incredibly responsive and kind to us. We have already talked about amother trip there!

Beautiful Lake Havasu

My wife and I just spent the month of April in a remarkable property in Lake Havasu City. The property certainly lives up to its 5-star rating! The house and property contain everything one needs to spend a relaxing and carefree getaway. The property is new, wonderfully equipped and everything is in excellent condition. This along with the amazing weather makes for a truly wonderful vacation along with many great things to do in the area. Besides all of the above, this property's most amazing asset is the host, Mike. We have rented many VRBO properties over the years, and by far the most attentive, and caring host we have ever dealt with is Mike by far. He is really on top of his game and is immediately responsive to any inquiry or concern. We certainly hope to return to this gorgeous property and would really recommend it to anyone that is considering a trip to this area. Thanks again Mike, for a truly wonderful month, and hope to do it again in the future.

Havasu Heaven

There is a reason this property has all 5 star reviews. This is probably the nicest rental property we have stayed in. Perfectly clean inside and out, even in the back yard/pool area, which is hard to do this time of year with the wind. Communication was great, everything was very clear in advance. Front patio area was awesome in the morning for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely stay again when in Havasu.
