Check-in was very easy. We got the information well in advance. Kitchen was great; we did a lot of cooking and there was plenty of utensils/appliances. Location was perfect. Pool was cool, which was great for the warm weather! We had a blast!

Bridal Party & Family Space

The property was well kept and Jennifer was prompt with any questions we had. I was a former LHC resident and enjoyed all of the space we had to entertain my family. We got married in LHC and our bridal party stayed with us. It was plenty of room and the kitchen and outside area were the highlights of our trip. The pool for 2 huge floaties we had brought that could fit 2 adults each perfectly. I was so excited to discover a vanity in the master/primary room as well because I did my own wedding makeup. It was a wonderful place to get ready and enjoy our family and friends! I included some photos of the kitchen area.

Spring break moms trip

I stayed at this house with a group of 6 moms and 9 kids. It was perfect for us! One room has a bunk bed, bed and couch that fit all the kids. The updated kitchen was lovely and we absolutely loved the backyard! There was some miscommunication about the pool being heated that was very frustrating but it looks like that has been updated on the property description. The host was great with communication about the issue. Overall we would all stay here again!

Overall things were good

We had quite a few challenges starting out since the place hadn't been cleaned due to miscommunication. However, they rushed and got a cleaning crew to come in and the crew did a great job. We also had an issue due to another misunderstanding where we didn't get our deposit back initially, but they eventually resolved that as well. So, in the end we were taken care of, but there was some hassle.

DIRTY AND MISREPRESENTED . DON’T STAY HERE!

Dirty and obviously not professionally cleaned. Dirty dishes and utensils in the cupboard and drawers. Broken fixtures, dusty rooms. Exposed drywall in the bathtub wall with cracked tile and missing soap dish. Soap was left from prior tenets. Refrigerator had many used and expired condiments. Owner/manager required us to strip the beds and no mattress pads were on the beds all had many urine stains. Pool was dirty and outdoor fans didn’t work. Carpeting was dirty. Other family members stayed in this neighborhood and their houses were wonderful. We spent most of our time visiting and swimming there. Unfortunately these problems can’t be addressed during a stay. The owner needs to address this before renting again.

The house and amenities were as described and worked perfectly for my daughters wedding reception. Plenty of space for everyone. Only minor thing was pool and hot tub heating were a bit difficult to figure out. I would recommend the house to anyone who has a large group. Thank you for for letting us use your home!

GREAT house, perfect for hosting friends and family alike!

This was an extremely well maintained house with everything you need to enjoy a fun vacation. The pool/hot tub were perfect. The house had great character which made every space uniquely relaxing. TONS of places to sit and enjoy company, eat a meal, or just sit back and watch tv (or golfers hack their way up the fairway). The owners were easy going with minimal requests and easy check-in/out Highly recommend! Thanks for the great time â˜ș

Beautiful place!

We had such a wonderful time at this property! The house is beautiful, especially the huge updated kitchen. The pool area is awesome! Everyone loved it but kids especially. Great neighborhood, and a location that’s is close to everything. Highly recommend.

Fun trip.

This is a nice house in a beautiful neighborhood. We had an amazing vacation. There are a couple things I will say the pool wasn’t heated when we checked in, so that took a whole day away from the kids swimming until it was heated the next morning. This a 4 bedroom not 5, but still worked out for us. They didn’t have a blender we had to go out and buy one but other than that it was a great stay . Will stay again in the future.

Great property & managers

This is our second time staying in this home. We love the pool area just steps from the kitchen. It's great to be able to keep an eye on the kids while preparing meals. The bonus bunk room area is also great for the kids. It has two single beds with trundle beds underneath each to sleep 4. There is also a huge L shaped couch up there. Plenty of space. The mattresses are very comfortable (some of the pillows are not). There are tons of towels. We had some minor maintenance needed (microwave breaker needed to be reset, stove knobs were stripped, air conditioner thermostat was locked) -- ALL were addressed immediately. Rentals are never perfect and often the managers don't know unless you say something. They were very prompt to respond to everything. We highly recommend this house for multiple families/friends!

Great House, close to lake

The house was wonderful, we loved the big spacious living space connected to the kitchen. The backyard pool and jacuzzi were welcoming. The only downfall to this listing is that is not truly a 5 bedroom home. We booked it with the notion it was 5 real bedrooms; however, were quite surprised to find it 4 real bedrooms with a second living room having some small beds. I would classify this home as a 4 bedroom house with an extra room for sleeping. Other than that it was great.

Great House for a Multi-family Group

The house was great! Large kitchen, bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The bonus bunk room area was perfect for the kids. The pool area was wonderful. The owners were very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend this property!
