Great condo, close to everything and an easy check in/out process. The home was clean, had a great setup for two separate couples or friends and a really nice view of the golf course looking out to the channel from the cute patio. It's the corner unit, so there's only one shared wall, which made for a very quiet, peaceful setting. Horton was really easy to communicate with and was very helpful and detailed with any questions we had.

The condo is in a great location, plenty of parking close to the condo. The pool area is clean and spacious. Beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and linens for our stay. Everything works, all appliances and a/c worked well. It’s a perfect little place to stay and have a great time in Havasu.

Paradise in Havasu!

We absolutely loved our stay at Horton's condo. The downstairs location was very easily accessible, and only steps away from the pool, parking, and golf course. The condo was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional Property on Lake Havasu

This place is AMAZING! Beautiful views from the back patio, super clean and fantastic amenities. Gated community with plenty of room to park boats/jetski's etc. Lots of functional space and very welcoming. Loved the green tea shampoo and conditioner and the fact they provided some lemonade, propel and coffee. Super close to EVERYTHING, walking distance to great nightlife, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes to the personal watercraft boat dock. We will be back!
