This beautiful vacation home boasts over 2070 sq ft of open and spacious space, big enough for more than one family, sleeps 12 persons.

Fully furnished 4 bedroom home with a private backyard, BBQ and an inviting pool. Soak up sunshine in the sparkling pool or pull up a chair poolside and enjoy the Arizona sun and mountain views.

Some of the great features also include a roomy kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools and a large family room to enjoy entertainment on the flat screen TV with DirecTV cable. There’s also a soft water system. Laundry room includes a washer and dryer.

At the end of an exciting day, you'll be happy to retire to 4 fabulous bedrooms. The amazing master retreat features a comfortable Cal king bed, flat screen TV with DirecTV. The master bathroom has just been remodeled with a gorgeous walk in tiled shower and also has backyard access to the pool.

The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size on bottom, twin on top and a second bunk bed with twin top/bottom. The fourth bedroom also has a bunk bed with a full size on bottom, twin on top.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac street just minutes from the lake, launch ramp and local shopping, dining and movie theaters.

Housecleaning will be provided after you leave for a nominal fee. Extra charges may apply if house needs extra than normal cleaning. Vacationing has never been easier!

Nice house, pretty simple nothing over the top but it got the job done and had nice amenities. I think this property is more ideal for families with smaller children. I went with a couple of friends and were met with a text from the host at 10pm to be quiet and to go inside. Understandable but we weren’t aware of the rule until we checked in. Other then that it’ll get the job done and is kept fairly nice. The pool with the slide was a fun addition.

Perfect Memorial Day Weekend Stay

The house was just like the listing, several beds so it was able to sleep 10 of us very comfortably! Back yard was great and we throughly enjoyed the slide. Location was close to everything, made for cheap and quick Ubers if needed. Thanks for a great weekend!!!

Great Getaway

It was a really nice place. The lake was close by. Only sad part was we found a dead bunny rabbit and my grandson had to toss it in the trash. It was sad but had nothing to do with the rental. Really nice get away.
