Concierge staff was super friendly and courteous as usual. Check in was very easy and complimentary waters and discounted bar drink is always appreciated. My only concern is the carpet in the rooms. Like our last room last month, the carpets are stained and seem filthy. We don't dare walk around barefoot. There are visible stains and an overall dirtiness about the carpet. They could use a really good cleaning. Other than that, we love staying at this hotel and will be back again next month.
