Arrived at a property that needed cleaning. Thermostat was locked on AC and it took host 10 days to replace it and stated it would cost us 300. Shower door not in and privacy blind broken. Few if any amenities like linens toilet paper ect. Host slow at responding and rude when we tried to address issues .

Could’ve been better

The check in was perfect but there was virtually no communication when trying to contact host, there was no WiFi ( either never worked or not good) no internet connection, the furniture was outdated and sketchy , the ( smart) tv were outdated and since there was no internet connection , the streaming ( only Netflix) didn’t work and the television had limited ( not good) channels

Havasu getaway

We had an awesome time at our Lakeshore condo. We were walking distance to Rotary Park, London Bridge, Lake Havasu, English Village, the aquatic center, many restaurants and stores. Check in was super easy and Gina, our host was excellent! Hope to stay there next year.
