Master bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet, 42" TV with Blu-Ray DVD player and Dish, master bath with walk in shower, and double sinks.
Bedroom 2 with queen bed, walk in closet and 50" TV with antenna and Blu-Ray DVD player.
Bedroom 3 with full bunk bed, twin on top, and twin trundle bed underneath. Also, a second full bed and walk in closet.
Laundry room (full size washer and dryer), hall bathroom, large kitchen with a lot of counter space/bar seating, walk in pantry, coffee maker, toaster oven, refrigerator with ice and water in door. We had a great weekend at this VRBO in Lake Havasu. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had plenty of space, great amenities, and was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy everything Lake Havasu has to offer. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our time in this nice family home. The pool was great but we had a somewhat handicapped person with us and there are some steps into the pool which did not have any railings. Our person had great difficulty getting out of the pool. A few railings could help. I would give this home an overall excellent rating except for the items around that could use updating & repair. Some items are a missing blind in bedroom, decking around pool needing repair, cover over portico torn, the frying pans were in bad condition. We almost bought a new pan. This may seem picky but it was important to us, which just makes it less than excellent. The owner was very responsive. Overall the price of our stay was less than other homes in the area so these few items seem fairly insignificant but I thought I would mention them. Had a very good time.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay! I booked this place for a bachelorette weekend and our stay was lovely, Russ was super helpful even letting us check in a little early! He was very responsive and the place was super clean and well kept! Would book again!

The house was very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of three. Also, having a washer and dryer was so nice. No laundry to do when we got home! We loved the back patio and pool area. It’s perfect for nightly dinner. In addition, the location was very convenient. It is located literally minutes from State Park where we launched our boat. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful get-a-way location

Perfect place for us to get away from our hectic lives. Very quiet neighborhood yet close to absolutely everything. The home has everything you need and nice little notes located at strategic locations in the home are helpful. The pool was refreshing. We were expecting the water to be hot since the temps prior to our week there seemed crazy but the pool was excellent. Great to sit out and read. Would stay here again! Weekend getaway

Our second time staying at the home, once again it did not disappoint. Just the right amount of beds for everyone to get a great night sleep. The house came equipped with every thing you’ll need, from towels for the heated pool, to the kitchen being fully stocked with dishes/pans. The location is perfect, near our boats storage unit & Windsor launch ramp. Made for less driving around. We look forward to our next stay here!

Great Lake house getaway

Home is in a great location;Close to market, food options and London Bridge. The pool is a nice size for all to enjoy. The swim up table and baja bench with the umbrellas in the pool are wonderful amenities. Definitely a great home for family and friends to enjoy.

Christmas in Lake Havasu

Very nice property, Clean and well taken care of. A little confusion on the lock code but the property managers quickly solved the issue. would have been nice to have a tea kettle but most other items were satisfactory. There is a water pressure issue in the home. When shower or tub being used kitchen water pressure almost null. Pool was to be heated but never got above 50 deg. no big deal but please have it happen if advertised. Would stay again. See ya next Christmas.
